The customer service is great! Lexel was super helpful and responsive. Waked me thru the process step by step and troubleshoot everything for me.
Haven't actually filed any claim or uses their service, but we all wish we'd never have the chance to use it right?

Great support from Fatima and Kaeysar (apologies if I spelt the name incorrectly). Really went above and beyond in answering all my queries and insuring all my concerns were answered. That said, I am yet to proceed with purchasing a plan from the insurance company at the time being so can't comment on the claims process or communication following the purchase.

This company won't pay your claim and will say that it is handled by Robin assist. Even requesting for around 9 months they didn't pay the claim and mentioned we didn't submit the health attestation form. They will force you to take their plan but never cover the claim. They use UHC name to convince yourself consider their plan. We are very very disappointed as we talked to them thousands times regarding this claim. Now debt collector asking us to pay the medical expenses by ourselves with extra surcharge over the claim actual amount.

I was helped by Yhong. This was the fastest support experience I've had. And it's particularly great given how confusing insurance plans are and how many questions you generally have after reading all possible documentation. Yhong answered all my questions from adding dependents, to booking medical appointments, and how the checkout process works. The quality of support gave me the confidence to go ahead and purchase the plans I was curious about.

My experience with INF was great, and Kaezer made it so easy and simple. He stayed back on the call for the whole time I was purchasing the policies and really helped me understand all the clarifications. Thank you so much, Kaezer.
