Great support in helping select the correct plan for my parents. Kaezer was especially patient and helpful. I hope this sort of support exists if I ever need to file a claim.

Scam

I do not usually write review but this insurance is a scam. I had paid about $650 + for the travel health insurance. My grandma had to go to an urgent care because she had fell. They sent her to a specialist for her shoulder but the INF insurance never faxed over the pre-authorization to the clinic. When asked to send it to my email, they said it’s against policy although I was the one who purchased the insurance using the same email. Do not trust it as you may just have to pay out of pocket.

Fine print of Cooling Policy of 5 days

Bought one of their best policy for $1600 for my parents who were visiting. My dad had an emergency the very next day and was admitted to emergency for a few hours. Our claim was completely denied stating a "cooling policy for period of 5 days".

Sales department promises that the cooling period of the policy does not apply for emergencies.

You cannot reach anyone from the department properly. The operations team from INF team reach out to RobinAssist and RobinAssist says to reach out to INF.

Policy documents

I was having trouble obtaining the documents for a policy I had bought for my elderly sister in the UK who is visiting me in November.
After a few failed attempts I was connected to Keigh who solved this problem for me, and I was able download and forward this information to my sister who is very happy to have this in hand before her trip.
