When i downloaded the report, it did not contain the name of the company that I had searched so the report wasn't very good. I note that I did not sign in and wondered if that would make a difference.... Zobacz więcej

Fantastic, fast service, much better than trying to navigate the govt website, which was difficult and time wasting, glad to find Info Track to do the same thing. Thank you Info Track!!!!
I purchased 2 title reports, and both were delivered almost instantly. And they had the relevant information I needed to proceed. $50 per report is good insurance when trying to get your point across... Zobacz więcej
Took a little time to find what I was looking for, but once I ordered our drainage diagram, it was processed and arrived within the hour. An easier search function and it would have been 5 stars.

Very Unfair
Very Unfair, cheged me twice as your search engine did not find Rana Property group and only found Rana property Pty Ltd and I found it with the ABN. I paid twice and asked me to refund but you did not refund and told me not possible.
Very unfair

Hi there,
The sample shows different details from the search results of your order because the search was processed on a different vehicle.
If the information is not available on the searched vehicle, then it will not be displayed in the search results PDF.

No shareholder information
The information I saw said the company extract would show shareholdings. It didn't. That's all I wanted. I'd like information before I purchase to know what will be in the report. I now know that it's because the company in a public unlisted company. InfoTrackGo would know that too.

User friendly experience but cost…
While delivering a user-friendly experience remains a priority, it is equally important to optimize and minimize associated costs given the current expense levels. A single-page interaction, particularly one that requires only a simple click, should not incur disproportionately high costs. Greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness should be considered to ensure sustainability without compromising usability.

The report I ordered was incorrect and it apparently doesn't exist. I'm not sure why the file would be added / tagged incorrectly. On a positive not it's been confirmed my money will be refunded, which i hope will happen.
