Great experience! The customer service was excellent, they answered all my questions before the purchase and provided great advice. The delivery was extremely fast, much quicker than I expected. Highly recommended!

Overall, a great outcome from ordering a CPAP machine while overseas. It was waiting in the PO when I got home, as planned.

It took a fair bit of time before it was found only 1 of the two replacement mask straps I wanted was available. “Out of stock”. This is not the first time this has happened. There needs to be better in store stock control. Also there was some time required to generate a receipt, this needs to be streamlined. There is also a reluctance to take cash. Last time I checked, cash is STILL legal currency!!!
I might try elsewhere next time.

The staff (particularly Kareena), had great product knowledge and were able to explain and teach the benefits of every machine they had in stock.
I had been to two other local retailers, both of which were happy to give the prices (for purchase and rental) of the products they had in stock but no explanation of the benefits each model had. I never returned to either of them. I can well recommend NSW CPAP; great value, knowledge and after sale advice for any problems or issues you may have encountered. Give them a try.

David at Dee Why was great when I needed to purchase a new CPAP machine.
He went through all the functions and help me set up the App.
He fitted my mask and I have been using my new machine for 10 days and it has been wonderful.
This is my second machine purchased from David and he is always available to help me with any issues inclunding downloading my sleep report for my appointments with Dr Barclay.
