Everything was perfect! It was a gift for christmas and it arrived in a timely manner as well as it was in great shape!

These things are so satisfying and relaxing!!! Ordered two more, 10,000 digits of PI and the RGB lamp!!!

A great device, really enjoyed the video and the effects, somehow had problems with updating with the latest visuals, but overall thought that it’s a magnificent device until it stopped working. All of a sudden the screen is black and whenever I try charging it or if I put it back in the box it doesn’t seem to work anymore... sad!

Update: After writing to Infinite Objects Support about the problem with my order, they responded within the hour and will re-run the order and ship ASAP. They had not encountered this (blue screen) problem before and have requested that I return the original flawed one that I received. I commend IO for its quick response and customer service. Questions still remain open as to their Quality Assurance process during production and prior to shipping.

Original Post: I received my order (which was a gift for my wife’s birthday) and upon opening the box, all that appeared was a blue screen - no video. We plugged it in thinking that perhaps it needs to be charged (despite the advertisement stating that all we need to do is open the box to play the video) and nothing happened. All we have is a blue screen. This is all very disappointing, particularly given that I have another order due to ship in Dec as a Christmas present for my mother! Awaiting Infinite Objects response...

I was so excited when I ordered this but my package has still not arrived. My package keeps getting delayed hopefully it gets here !

The Entire Infinite Object experience has been AMAZING from start to finish.
