Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, and we would like to clarify several important points regarding your order and our after-sales policy.

First, the 30% partial refund we mentioned was only a suggested solution, offered as a goodwill option to help resolve the situation more efficiently. It was not the only resolution available. If you are not satisfied with the products, you are welcome to return the items to the return address we provided, and once the package is received and inspected, we fully support a return with a full refund in accordance with our policy.

Second, after carefully reviewing the photos you provided, we must clarify that we do not agree that the products have quality defects. The items delivered meet the product specifications and standards as described on our website. That said, we understand that personal expectations or preferences may differ, which is why we continue to support returns and refunds.

Regarding the remanufacturing discussion: after our communication, the specific model you ordered was confirmed by the factory to be discontinued, which made remaking the product impossible. For this reason, we promptly proposed alternative solutions, including a partial refund or a return for a full refund.

We would like to emphasize that mooielight fully supports fair and transparent after-sales service. We do not intend for any customer to be left with unusable products or unresolved concerns. Our team has communicated openly throughout the process and remains ready to assist you should you wish to proceed with a return for a full refund.
