THis company is a Scam. The product is cheap - unworthy of the cost and they totally lie about their return policy. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

Made my neck worse. Refusing to get back to my emails for a refund that is promised on their website.

Do not buy. Low quality product and they have been totally ignoring my requests for a return refund. Scam business. As an alternative, I have a Tri-Aid device and it is excellent.

THIS IS A SCAM! The delivery company said they couldn’t deliver to my address, which is untrue because we get deliveries all the time. So they sent the pillow back, I never received it. And now the company won’t refund me and won’t read my emails to them that I never received the pillow. Don’t buy!!!!

Horrible company and awful, cheap pillows. DO NOT BUY. They advertise that return shipping may be "as much as $20" but that is A LIE and a basic search on USPS would provide honest information. Returning ONE pillow will cost as much as $50 if you are able to squeeze it into the tiny size restrictions set by USPS.

They are ALL bots answering emails offering up to a 50% refund because they know they are deceitful and cheap.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They promise a 30 day money back guarantee, but when you contact them to return it they offer you 50% OR tell you you can return it to CHINA at your own expense "up to $20" but the postal service quoted more than 3 times that amount! I reached out to their Customer Service again requesting what I paid minus the "up to $20" they said it would cost to ship back to CHINA and they continued to offer be 50%.

Pillow made all aches and pains worse! It’s AWFUL! If you read the reviews on their site you’ll start to notice that they are almost all the same word for word - just with different “customer” names. SCAM!!!!! Avoid this company - they prey on desperate people who are in pain!

I have checked where the two pillows are in the world and they haven't even left the warehouse and I wrote to Ornatera to ask if I could cancel my order and they simply have not replied to me.

This is a total scam! Pillow is not as shown online and is extremely cheap. It is very hard, not curved as shown and does not support in any of the correct places. The money back/refund is FALSE! They will not refund me and keep giving me false information. TERRIBLE QUALITY, TERRIBLE COSTUMER SUPPORT!

Literally the worst customer service experience. Pillow didn’t work. Asked to return it after a few days. Was offered a 30% refund and told I could keep the pillow. They said I can return it but would have to pay $20 to ship it back. Even though I paid $5 to have it shipped here. Was then offered 40% and told to keep the pillow. It’s been almost 3 weeks. Every time I reach out, I get the same response. Like an auto reply. Do NOT waste your money on this piece of garbage.

I purchased this pillow and it did not work for me. I have contacted the company four times and have received no response regarding a refund or return, despite their website promising a 30 day return. Do not buy from this company!!

I agree with the other reviewers giving negative feedback. I knew when I saw the pillow it was cheaply made and nit as advertised. There wasn’t any paperwork in the package and no information in the emails on how to return the pillow. Emails to support are not answered. Buyer beware, I believe this is fraudulent company and needs to be reported.

I have been trying to return my pillows and extra pillowcases ever since the day after they arrived. They first offered me 20% of what I had paid and I said no. I wanted to return my order and get a refund. Then they sent me an offer of 40% of what I paid and I wouldn’t have to send them back. Finally they sent me a return address to send them. 165 Chubb Ave. Lyndhurst NJ 07071. I sent them to this address and sent them the tracking number as requested. Today I received my package back with Return to Sender, unable to forward, attempted- not known. I guess I’m out $150.00 and shipping.

Ordered a pillow that was never delivered. Contacted customer service numerous times and they refuse to refund me even though they acknowledge I never received my order as the tracking number proved.

The pillow was shipped, but the delivery went to a home other than mine and I have photo proof and I have been contacting Ornatera for a refund or replacement since March and every time I get the same fake agent name and a promise to get back to me in 24 hours with my refund. I’m in a nursing home and have nothing better to do then send them these multiple emails. On a fixed income $100 is a lot of money. I would advise anyone to buy a Support pillow anywhere else. now they’re having big sales because they’re supposedly going out of business. Bait and switch.

I enjoy using the pillow. It’s helped relieve most of my neck pain.

Trying to adjust to the texture. It’s also hard because I usually sleep with my hand under my cheek. Not sure where to put my arm when your a side sleeper.

Pillowcase was damaged, customer service is the worst. Only contact is by email and I asked for a 40% refund and still waiting for it after more than a few business days. Also pillows aren’t as comfortable as they were promised ro be with what I paid for! Also they keep trying to get you to spend more money after you spent a lot. No wonder it is going out of business. Don’t buy from them!
