Received merch I never ordered but was charged via Paypal. Will probably never see the $$. Beware!! Crap clothing nobody would want.

This company also seems to be doing business as "Dress Fashion" on Paypal. Sends inferior merchandise and then offers about 1/3 of the purchase price in return and tells you that can keep the garment. Otherwise you have to pay a ridiculous amount in shipping to get a full refund, which does not include shipping. This seems to be the latest scam on FB.

Never would I recommend anyone to buy something from this company. I bought I lounge suit which cost $100 . It was too small and asked if I could return it for a larger size. They offered me $15 refund and keep the item

Item purchase was never delivered. When I called customer service they said I needed to call the post office to track it. When I asked for a tracking number they never returned my call.

After seeing my PayPal, ( 5 minutes later) I realised that I had ordered the wrong size. I contacted this company via email over 10 times in the first 32 hours. With no reply. In fact their pay email ( the one PayPal directs you to) is apparently past it’s quota and your email is undelivered.
However, after 40 hours you have no recourse, other than to receive the wrong size, then pay to return the dress and if you choose to reorder, you have to pay postage all over again !
Bad business, bad communication, and probably bad product.
I just hope I can get my money back.

DO NOT BUY, they are a complete scam,liars, con artists. cheap, nasty clothes looking nothing like the pictures. Paypal doesn't help, they insist you have to spend money paying for return with tracking to send it back to a scam NY address. The company refuses to give you the address of the US manufacturer or their US agent for service of process. They are a lying chinese company whose clothing is hideous and they steal other companies photographs

Started with a FB ad. I logged into their site and they claimed to have warehouses in Australia, GB and the USA. I bought 3 items. None were great but one was totally 'not as described'. It was a symmetrical pattern that was so far off centre it looked like it was twisted when put on. I asked to return that item. Then the excuses started. "We give 5%, you keep" followed by 10% followed by 20%. I kept saying "no". At 20% they said "OK you return to us in New York, at your expense, then we refund". Obviously they are not in New York nor Australia (nor GB) - they are in CHINA - they pick the furthest most expensive postal option to make you cut your losses - but I seriously doubt the address they provide even exists if you were stupid enough to go down that path. I escalated to PayPal and got a refund for that one item (which is all I asked for).

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I paid in USD to their "overseas" site only to receive items from 2 hrs away (Dandenong) that do not fit and are NOTHING like what was advertised on their site - and are now not shown on their site. Don't do it. DO NOT DO IT. I am fighting this thru Paypal. I need also to advise you that their emails are returned "letterbox full". They will only answer when you make a claim through Paypal.

After successfully contacting a person from Indiefit— with the understanding that I wished to return my purchase, I was asked for my tracking number and received a full refund— minus the return fees. This is much better than the original “offer” of a partial refund of 40%

The sequin top I ordered came in as an athletic polyester top. Not at all what I Ordered. I will def. blast this company if I do not get my$48.98 refund on paypal I need to return it now. Am going to miss a wedding event with no top. What a sham.

The quality is actually really nice. But trying to return or exchange an item, forget about it. Their website is down, their email box is full.... another scam company but the twist is they have nice apparel. Shame they are so shady otherwise.

I have had a very positive experience with this company. The reason it’s important to say so is not because I was 100% pleased with my order. Actually, there was a problem with the order, and when I read belatedly some of the reviews for this company, I was kicking myself and anticipating a really negative experience. That was so not what happened. The customer service advisor, Sara, was absolutely helpful, quick to respond, answered my questions, and we worked out an arrangement that was satisfactory to both of us in a very quick and respectful way. I’m sorry others have not always had that experience with this company but I’m sure some other people have, and just haven’t written a review about it. I would buy from them again!

Do not trust this company. Should have read reviews . I have no follow up on item. Just emailed do not expect one back

Don’t buy from this company. Just received a top which should have had sequins sewn on. It’s actually an awful transfer and not even on straight. Trying to return immediately as wouldn’t even put it near my skin. (Yuck material) Now reading the reviews not sure I’ll have much luck. Can’t believe I fell for a Facebook ad without checking trustpilot first 🫣

This company is HORRIBLE the clothes are not as described and there 'return policy' is a nightmare--it took over 10 emails to even get a partial refund and then they offered to let me keep the item that I hated!! After many back and forth emails I wound up without a full refund but took what I could get I will never buy from them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company is horrible! I should have read the reviews. Terrible customer service and lies about where they are located. Pretty much what everyone else has said. Do not buy from them!

Received clothes. Absolutely not what was pictured. Just very poor quality substitutes. Not even bothering for a refund. Outfits going straight to the opportunity shop where someone may be able to make use of them. I certainly wouldnt be seen dead in either of the outfits.' Be careful what you buy.,

I really don’t even want to give them one star. Just do not order from this site. They are a scam. Poor quality and products do not look like photos. I’m trying to return but based on other reviews I’m not hopeful. I’m in to these people for almost $150. I should have known better. I’ve ordered from FB ads before and got scammed. If it’s advertised on FB just keep scrolling. Don’t get sucked n by false advertising. Items came from Asia not S.C. Bait and switch.
