Awful company, cheap merchandise!!!

My order took weeks to arrive in April and then the clothes were all very undersized and cannot be worn. Poor quality too. I've tried to contact customer service for an exchange/refund but its taken weeks for them to respond. Now they want me to pay more money for shipping via a paypal account and say they'll send replacements but I don't have to send the previous garments back. Just worried I'll pay more money and still not get wearable clothes.

Items weren’t to size as per their size chart. Plus when I want to return they offer a fraction of the amount paid in lieu of returning for a full refund. Still trying to get through for a response.

THEY ARE 100% HORRIBLE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY TOUT RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING AN ITEM, YET GIVE YOU NO WAY TO COMMUNICATE AND GET THEIR REQUIRED APROVAL BEFORE RETURNING. THEY DO NOT AMSWER EMAILS AFTER TELLING YOU TO EMAIL THEM FOR RETURNS, AND LEAVE YOU STUCK. ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES EVER!!!

Purchased for my wife a cocktail dress. Picture looked one way but actually not what was expected. It's not that a completely different dress was shipped, it's the way the dress wears on an individual. I communicated via email. The customer service was quick to respond. Resolution for a refund was forth coming after a couple emails. A refund was added to my account. I found that customer service reacted favorably to my situation.

I purchased a garment which didn't fit and didn't suit me. I wrote by email to Indiefit to ask about their returns policy and have not had an answer. I have the garment packed and ready to return. I would like to have a refund but cant get anyone to assist. I don't feel like ringing Hong Kong to get an answer.

The worst company to work with. Beware! I will never buy anything from them.
They do not answer emails. If they do, it is with insufficient information. Feels like dragging their feet so the 30 day return period passes. Terrible to do business with.

They ignored my emails and never gave me a timeframe on when my dresses would be shipped I’m still waiting for a response from them.. I finally got a receipt 3 weeks after ordering and still no shipping information

End of my saga.....PayPal was able to obtain a full refund for me. The company repeatedly offered me a refund minus the shipping that I had paid.....would never do business with them again---a four-month long ordeal. I would never have gotten my ordered item or a refund if PayPal had not stepped in.

The dress I received was thin and cheap and too small. I’ve gotten higher quality clothing from Spirit Halloween! The blue and orange ruffle shoulder palm print maxi looked really nice and structured in the photo. It also has a terrible cheap side bodice zipper, which I cannot do. No stretch to the material. Customer service was rude and dismissive and when I tried to get a refund, they offered me $12 and said I could keep the dress. When I asked to check the refund status they said they did, but providd no proof and told me I should contact my bank. ?!?!?

Prior to my purchase I contacted the company to see how the sizes compared to Australian sizing. I was told order same size you would buy in Australia. I did that and when I finally received garment which took an absolute age it was far too small. I sent an email asking for return address which they didn’t give me. I had paid just over $50USD. They told me to keep shirt and they would give me $15USD refund. I said this was not acceptable so they then offered me $25USD refund. I said as I’d paid over $50USD I wouldn’t accept as it was of no use to me and I would only be able to donate to a charity place. I got in touch with PayPal and much to my surprise they said being as there wasn’t anything wrong with the shirt the case would go in favour of the seller. I couldn’t believe it and felt very disappointed with PayPal. I then sent an email to the company again and asked if they would consider paying me the $25USD as previously offered as something was better than nothing. They didn’t bother replying. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SELL UNDER NAME OF DRESS FASHION

Took money. Didn’t send items. Refunded money then took it out again. This place is a Chinese scam. Bank is making it good but this place is dishonest. Advertising says made in South Carolina. Lies.

Seriously pissed off that these people can get away with this crap of ripping off their clients. Trying to get a refund for clothes I NEVER received!

PAYPAL should have them on some list to warn their clients too. SHAME

Rip off!! Poor quality. False advertising. NOT made in South Carolina. Made in China. Spent $80 and waited 7 weeks for shipping. They gave me one excuse after another. Clothes were very poor quality and Way too small. They offered me $25 refund and told me to keep the clothes. Reported them to PayPal and my credit card. PLEASE DON'T BE A VICTIM!!
Update: just settled with them for $60 thanks to PayPal!! Never again. This company is pure scam!

If I could give a company a negative number in the survey I would purchase clothes for 119 USD which converted to $180AUD The clothes where a very low quality something I could pick up at Kmart for $10 they did not fit properly for the last 2months I have been in email discussions with Sarah apparently The customer service rep who is offered me a refund of one third of the price.60usd Email correspondence have been extremely poor very frustrated with their customer service and would not write them or use them ever ever again

BUYER BEWARE. Looks like I fell for a scam too. I received my order and the quality of all the items was terrible and even though it says made in South Carolina, I don’t think so. No paper work in package to say how to return. Finally found email contact on PayPal. Not clear who they really are. Indiefit, Dress Fashion, or Joe Doe (name on return label).

I haven’t received my shipment yet. I used PayPal. On installment. Reading everyone’s reviews I’m wondering if I should cancel the remaining payments? Any advice from anyone? I’ve written the company but haven’t heard anything back. I’ve been billed one payment.

NO, NO, NO! Just don't order. I went online to a company I previously dealt with that I liked, but when it went through PayPal, it was a totally different company. Clothes are ill fitting, horrible material, and expensive. And they have Chinese written all over packaging, not South Carolina! And return name says "Joe Doe"! I am such an idiot!!

I ordered clothes from Cifey, which I just now discovered was Indiefit. If you look either of them up, they say they are made in South Carolina and get clothes from all over US, Canada and Australia. On my PayPal the receipt said Indiefit, that’s when I began to question the validity of this site. I then contacted Pay pal and have a dispute put in with them. I did try contacting the email Indiefit gave PayPal to us, and can you believe it, they can’t answer their email because unfortunately they have way too many emails to respond to.(That’s actually the automated response from their email)I should have known better when I didn’t receive an order number or invoice. If the price is too good to be true, and the reviews are sketchy,be careful of fraud. Multiple times these websites are on Facebook so be weary of ordering anything from them unless it is a certifiable site.

They will not return my packages. Things ran way to small and color was not good one one item. Poor quality. What a piece of crap from a company not to give you full refund. Scam all the way. Lesson learned read reviews before buying from a company
