The tour was very organized and helpful. Getting to Machu Picchu last minute is not always easy and they made it a breeze. The hike to Huchuyqosqo was beautiful. I was the only hiker the whole time so it was a very cool experience. Even when there was a small issue with the hotel, they were super helpful and resolved it immediately. I highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to do a beautiful hike, see Machu Picchu, and doesn't like to plan.

We just finished our tour with Inca Soul Peru. It was a fantastic tour done with Fredy. Fredy is not only about pictures, but also about history, social and economic organization of his Inca people. Indeed, it is about the soul of this great civilization. His vast knowledge about the Incas enhanced our tour and transformed this day on an exceptional day. If you are planning a tour, any tour, I recommend Fredy and Inca Soul Peru without hesitation, you won't be disappointed. Thank you Fredy for the fun and smart tour in Machu Picchu.

We did the short Inca Trail with a private tour. All was organized perfectly: pick up at hotel, train, tour, bus tickets. We had a delicious boxed lunch, also the 3 course dinner was included. And stayed at a good hotel with breakfast. We enjoyed our 2 days with Fredy from Inca Soul.

More than just a tour - Fredy guides with his heart. The tour was completely customised and Fredy asked us what we were interested in and tailored our day especially for us - even stopping at local food carts and tasting all the amazing tropical fruits. Fredy gave real context to the places we visited - not just photo stops. When we come back to Cusco we will get in touch with Fredy.

We booked a private tour of the Sacred Valley of the Incas with Inca Soul to understand the customs and traditions of this people, but above all, to connect with their way of life. The tour exceeded our expectations. Our guide, Guido, was truly amazing, explaining to us at every stop how the people lived, what they did, and what they discovered. Fredy is a reliable and knowledgeable local guide around Cusco region. We were very lucky to have him via a third party booking service as the original guide couldn’t lead our tour any more. Before the tour day, Fredy was very considerate and communicative with us about our interests and suggestions for our extended Sacred Valley one day tour. During our day, Fredy provided us rich information about the sites we visited and also offered his own perspectives as the locals on history about all the Inca sites we visited. My teen also had a lot of fun in a local llama and alpaca farm. It was a an enriching and enjoyable day for our whole family. He is highly recommended!

Fredy was a great guide for our tour up to the top of Rainbow Mountain. He and the driver picked us up early so we could beat the crowds. I mentioned that we likely wouldn’t be hungry for breakfast so early in the morning so he and the driver skipped the stop (and their breakfast) so we could get there quicker. Fredy was very good with my kids. He helped negotiate horses to help them up the trail, encouraged them when they were feeling tired during the final hike and was ready to give them oxygen to help them feel better (which they didn’t need to use thankfully). Fredy knew great spots for pictures and took all we needed. I would recommend Fredy for any tours out of Cusco.

We had such a great tour with Freddy and Inca Soul!!! He was so knowledgeable about the history and culture of the area, and he made it fun and engaging for our kids. We had a wide range of ages in our group: 11 to 77 years old and he was so helpful and accommodating to all of us. Thank you so much for a great time!!!

Fredy was fantastic! After speaking with him, we organized much of our Machu Picchu experience with him and his team and it was fabulous! Guido led us on our Inca Trail hike and the logistics were perfectly coordinated - the boxed lunch was especially delicious! The Sacred Valley tour was super scenic, he allowed time for leisurely stops along the way, lots of great photo opportunities. The schedule is flexible, his driver is reliable (clean comfortable vehicles), and we felt completely safe throughout. Everything was on time as scheduled, and the communication was easy and efficient. Highly recommend Fredy and his team at Inca Soul while in Peru!!!

This experience was truly special. The soul and love for the trail. Respect as well as love for the spiritual aspect of the hike was fully integrated into the experience. Don't do this hike if you just want to push through to say you did it. Love and respect as well as family and connection was fully implemented into this one of a kind journey. This will be one of my favorite lifetime experiences until I no longer walk this earth. We were fully cared for and loved.

Guido was the best - he took us on a wonderful Sacred Valley tour and was personally engaged with us the whole time. He showed us very cool spots and looked out for us. I would highly recommend him!

My guide Valerio was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. We managed to see all the main Sacred Valley sites on the first day such as Moray, Maras, Pisac and Ollyatentambo.
The company also gave me clear directions on how to queue for the last minute Machu Picchu tickets at the office in Aguas Calientes, and I ended up getting trail 2a which is the best classic tour.
It was really easy to communicate with the tour company over WhatsApp and I felt the service was extremely personalised.
I am a solo traveller who wanted to get the most informative history and culture tour.

If you’re reading this, you’re likely in the planning stage of a major trip. DO NOT do these experiences with a plug-and-play, copy and paste tour company where you’re just another name on a spreadsheet. You deserve better.
Inca Soul makes each of their adventures into a genuinely handcrafted experience. I did the 2-day Short Inca Trail to Machu Picchu with them (off a recommendation), and it was truly unforgettable. I was lucky enough to have Freddy, the owner, as my guide, and it ended up being a private tour.
Freddy gave me so much insight into the history and culture (I asked a lot of questions), and it was real, deep knowledge. Not just surface level script reading. We even had time for local cultural moments and places most tourists don’t get to see.
Freddy also shared his story and how Inca Soul is built differently: all their guides are heavily vetted, they pay their staff fairly (not as common here as it should be), and they use only high-quality gear.
Everything about the process was transparent. The pricing, the planning, and the expectations. They answered every question, not just during the trip, but well before I even got to Peru. You can tell they actually care about your experience.

I booked the trip to Peru month ago and of course with the intention of going to Machupicchu little did we know it was sold out for 2 months and even though I would purchase tickets on line I would keep getting my money back from different companies. Inca Soul with Fredy was the only 1 that actually called me back out of 4 different companies that helped us and met up with us to get an actual ticket for the next day. He walked us from A to Z on what we had to do and what the experience would be. His guide Kelvin was amazing more knowledge than I expected and the pictures he took of us are for lifetime experience worth every $ and more. Thank You so much

Our experience with Inca Soul and the tour guide for our trip to Machu Picchu was fantastic. Inca Soul messaged me right away after I reached out to inquire about a tour, and we had an in depth phone conversation where all my questions were answered clearly. They helped with every part of the logistics such as booking bus tickets, looking at train schedules, explaining the hikes, and making sure everything was organized smoothly.

Valerio, our tour guide, met us at our hotel with our bus tickets to Machu Picchu, which was super convenient. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made the tour fun and informative, and we really enjoyed spending the day with him. Machu Picchu was stunning, and thanks to Valerio and Inca Soul, the whole trip was perfect. Highly recommend!

Not only did Freddy and his colleagues (thanks, Guido, César, Elvis et al) organise two great rips for us – in Machu Picchu and Lake Titicaca – but they helped with various other aspects of our stay in Cusco. (Including find me a terrific dentist!)
Freddy and his carefully selected team of guides are genuine experts on Inca history and culture, and on Perú in general. Freddy was always available, always helpful and wise. By the end of our stay he was a real friend, great company to share time with.
If you’re in Cusco I’d strongly advise getting in touch with Inca Soul. A small, new, company set up and run by Freddy and his family. They’ll make your stay easy, comfortable, hugely informative and fun.

My son and I spent two days with Inca Soul that were nothing short of amazing. The care they took to ensure all traveler friendly details and info were in place was greatly appreciated! Our guides ( Fredy and Noe) were so knowledgable and we felt like we made lifelong friends in both of them. Seeing these sacred stunning sites for a once in a lifetime trip with a guide is a must!
