Fredy and Valeriano were exceptional guides—punctual, precise, and very thorough in sharing the wonders and traditions of their homeland. The tour is perfect. In just two days, you get to visit various Inca sites (it’s impossible to pick the best one) and the magnificent Machu Picchu. We are delighted and highly recommend this tour! It’s suitable for everyone. Thank you, Fredy and Valeriano—you hold a special place in our hearts. And long live Peru!

Amazing and trustworthy. They provided end to end logistics and the guide gouda was very very professional entertaining and amazing.

I found Freddy through a website to book tours that would also include a Machu Picchu ticket, as I stupidly waited too long to book those tickets for access to the citadel and was worried about securing them before our rapidly approaching trip.

When I spoke with Freddy about my worries of getting tickets to Machu Picchu, he inquired about our travel plans and assured me that I didn’t need his help to just get access to Machu, and to just call him if we wanted a tour.

Freddy voluntarily turning down the expensive package I had already booked (out of desperation) made it clear he truly just wanted to help us and wasn’t trying to pressure us into booking with him. I could tell he was a good dude.

Long story short, he was the first and only person I called for a tour once we secured tickets to Machu Picchu, because I had very much appreciated his candid honesty and courtesy.

We met Freddy at the entry to Machu Picchu for our tour, and we were given an expertly guided experience of Machu Picchu. He was on time and ready to go as soon as we were able to enter.

For people who speak very poor spanish, it was very helpful to have Freddy with us who fluently spoke english.

He gave us a very intimate and special tour of the citadel that we will never forget! He gave us tons of insight into the history, and culture of the space, while also talking broadly about life and he really made the abstract past tangible for us.

An excellent experience. Our tour guide Paul was outstanding and super knowledgeable. Food was delicious, we were very well fed.

From day one of contact with the tour company, there was amazing communication and a lot of reassurance that we were in good hands! Fredy was our main point of contact all the way up until the morning of the trek and he did a great job answering all our questions in a timely manner while remaining very knowledgeable about our entire experience! We did a 3 day trek, with 1 day of Machu Picchu/sacred valley and 1 day of rainbow mountain added to our package and it was the most perfectly packed 5 days. Even when part of our group got sick on day 5 for rainbow mountain, they were able to be flexible and move it 1 day back for our group! Not having to worry about our meals or where we slept at night was amazing and the meals were very good and had a great variety of everything. Our main guide, Paul, who stayed with us all 5 days was amazing and a very knowledgeable person. As well as our other guide Rueben who stayed at the tail end of our group during the trek to ensure the safety of us, which was extremely helpful! Overall, this was an amazing experience and I recommend booking with Inca Soul! :)

Machu Picchu era un sueño de mi infancia. Desde las clases sobre las antiguas civilizaciones de América, llevaba conmigo el deseo de conocer este lugar increíble, sin imaginar que podría hacerlo realidad más de 40 años después.

Este año, como parte de mi proyecto de correr maratones en las principales capitales de Sudamérica, participé en la Maratón de Lima y aproveché el viaje para finalmente visitar Machu Picchu. Organicé todo por mi cuenta, pero cuando intenté comprar las entradas para la fecha deseada, descubrí que ya estaban agotadas. Con los vuelos, hoteles y trenes ya reservados, me preocupé bastante.

Fue entonces cuando encontré a Inca Soul Tours y conocí a Fredy. Desde el primer contacto por WhatsApp, demostró profesionalismo, atención y una enorme disposición para ayudar. Aunque al principio tenía mis dudas, como buen brasileño, rápidamente me di cuenta de que estaba tratando con una persona seria y comprometida.

Gracias a Fredy, conseguí las entradas y viví una experiencia inolvidable. El guía Guido también fue excepcional, convirtiendo la visita en un verdadero viaje por la historia de los incas.

Además, tenía un importante desafío logístico: salir de Machu Picchu y llegar al aeropuerto de Cusco a tiempo para mi vuelo. Una vez más, Fredy se encargó de todo. Al llegar a la estación de Poroy, Wilson ya me estaba esperando para garantizar mi traslado con tranquilidad y seguridad.

Al final, todo salió perfecto. Recién entonces conocí a Fredy en persona, ya en el aeropuerto, y confirmé que estaba frente a una persona íntegra, honesta, servicial y extremadamente amable.

Outstanding Machu Picchu Tour Experience with Inca Soul Peru

My wife and I had a fantastic and truly memorable experience with Inca Soul Peru during our trip to Cusco, the Sacred Valley, Aguas Calientes, and Machu Picchu.

From start to finish, the service was excellent, personalized, attentive, and very accommodating. Even when we had last-minute vacation plan changes, the team handled everything smoothly and professionally, which made our trip stress-free and enjoyable.

Our tour guide, GUIDO, was amazing and had incredible knowledge of the history, culture, and significance of the places we visited. He made the experience even more meaningful and memorable.

A big thank you to FREDY, the owner, for taking care of everything we asked for. Even with his busy schedule, he personally came to the airport to meet us and send us off, which showed a level of care and hospitality that is hard to find.

The whole experience was amazing the food from our chefs (mr Toribio and Celio) was delicious authentic Peruvian dishes and there was always plenty to eat to keep us energized throughout the hike. our tour guides Rubin and Paul were amazing too, they were very patient with us when we needed to go slower and led the way when we were going fast, they both also always had something interesting to tell us. the trek itself was incredible beautiful and all our stops were very well coordinated. We booked through Freddy at inca soul and he went above and beyond every step of the way, even after the tour and we had been dropped off we had some issues with our hostel he circled back around to help us figure it out and brought us to our new hostel

We had the best Time ever on our dream holiday to Cusco Freddy was the best tour operator . When our previous agent let us down last minute as he couldn’t for our entry tickets to Machu Picchu Freddy helped us plan all the changes to our itinerary to plan to get tickets released the day before . He and his team worked endlessly to secure our entry .

We had airport pick up and door to door assistance through our 3 days . Excellent van and driver that accommodated all our luggage and was a comfortable drive throughout .

He organized a seamless two-day private tour for us that included the Sacred Valley, private transportation, and Machu Picchu—and honestly, I don’t know how we would have done it without him. The Machu Picchu logistics alone felt overwhelming at first. Between the different circuits, entry times, and coordinating everything with train schedules, it was confusing and a little intimidating. Fredy handled all of it flawlessly. Every detail was taken care of, and all we had to do was show up and enjoy the experience.
