I am using a Bulgarian face cream for the first time. I am satisfied - it absorbs very well, does not leave a shine on the face, but makes the skin alive and nourished. The aroma is pleasant.

I love the Hydrobitic with Mint and Lavender. Thanks to it I no longer have any acne problems with my skin. At first I was using the lavender water and I was amazed with the results but the Hydrobiotic works even better for me. I highly recommend it! 🥰

Having read all the positive reviews on their website I had high hopes for the hair loss set and although expensive with the guarantee of a 100% refund if not happy I decided to purchase. I used the shampoo, conditioner and spray as directed. However, I experienced more hair loss during wash than my normal shampoo. I also experienced a sore and itchy scalp. I messaged the company to activate the '100% no questions asked refund' and they asked lots of questions and said to try each product separately to see which caused the issue and to try the products for a bit longer. I persevered, however did not experience any new hair growth or fullness and found the spray irritated my scalp. I also had issues with scum forming in the bottles, and one of the bottles being out of date when sent ( a labelling error apparently) I found the company reluctant to refund despite their guarantee. And they only refunded two of the items out of the 3 from the set. Would definitely not recommend

Die Produkte sind echt gut. Ich habe schon mehrmals bestellt, ist bis auf einmal einwandfrei gelaufen. Das eine Mal kam meine Bestellung nicht an, habe ich Kontakt zur Firma aufgenommen und wurde das Problem sehr schnell gelöst.

2 commandes, 1 pour essayer et 1 car ils m'ont fait une très belle proposition commerciale sur d'autres produits. Les 2 sont arrivées plutôt rapidement pour des produits venant d'assez loin. Je n'ai testé que les shampooing ils n'ont rien de plus ni de moins que d'autres. Bon il ne sont pas vraiment 100% naturel contrairement a ce qu'on pourrait penser... scan INCI a l'appui... dommage mais je pense qu'il y pire en supermarché malgré tout.
Je n'ai pas encore tester les eaux (menthe poivrée, sapin et lavande mais a priori plus naturelles, 1 seul composant : de l'eau)
Ils envoient ensuite un mail savoir si on est satisfait ou si on demande un remboursement dans les 14jours.

Absolut unseriös! Geld eingesackt, keine Ware erhalten, Verkäuferreaktion nicht vorhanden, Fall bei PayPal aufgemacht. Bin gespannt.

Nachdem auf meine Emails sehr freundlich reagiert wurde, bekam ich meine Lieferung + ein Goodie nachträglich zugeschickt. Diese Lieferung und die damit verbundenen Kommunikation verlief einwandfrei, sodass ich die Produkte von
InaEssentials weiterempfehlen möchte.

After all good reviews I decided to order Lavender Water for my teen daughter to fight acne. Unfortunately, it didn’t help at all, acne problem even didn’t improve, so just wasted money

I have had trouble with this company. This is the second time I have ordered from them, never again. Both times they addressed the package incorrectly, (and blamed me) causing a long delay and forcing me to deal with Evri, a nightmare in itself. They do not respond to messages, e-mails bounce back undelivered, obviously they do not provide a phone number, because why would they want customers to be able to contact them easily. I have finally received the second package, two bottles of shampoo, placed unprotected in a thin jiffy bag, and surprise, surprise, they have opened and leaked into the bag, a real mess. I am now about to restart the soul destroying task of trying to contact them again to complain. I would advise you to steer well clear.

Purchased 2 different products 1 for acne prone skin & 1 for my dry mature skin. I'm amazed at the results. My 60 yr old dry taut skin feels and looks so much better.
Daughter is using for acne prone skin and is delighted to report much less break outs and a more even tone to her skin.
Delighted with the products & love the ethos of a family run business with customer satisfaction at hits heart.

I was sent wrong product and have sent 5 emails and no reply. Very poor customer service.

I have struggled with facial acne and breakouts since I was a teen and nothing has worked, I saw an ad on FB for the lavender water and figured it was worth a shot. I've been using it for around 2 months now and, whilst I do still have spots, the frequency of breakouts has drastically gone down and my skin isn't as red and angry anymore! The smell is quite strong but once you've used it a few times you get used to it and it's not bad at all.
Have just ordered another couple of bottles, I get through about one a month so it's great value for money. 100% recommend to anyone struggling with spots/breakouts!

i can not praise this product enough.
The organic lavender water for acne is a god send and it really works.
I have stock up as my 12 year old gets really bad , angry spots on his forehead and within 3 days they were gone.
i have to keep reminding him to keep using it though.
i have just ordered myself the organic peppermint water, hopefully it will tighten my skin & i have the organic rose water too.
please please throw away all the ointments and get this.

J'ai reçu très rapidement les produits commandés, j'ai une peau très sensible et j'aurai aimé que ce produit me convienne mais cela n'a pas été le cas malheureusement.
J'ai envoyé un mail pour expliquer la situation plus en detail et j'ai eu une réponse et un remboursement très rapidement.
Ils sont réactifs et sincères, je recommande car cela a l'air de fonctionner pour la majorité de ceux qui utilisent ce produit !

Ik heb een bestelling gedaan bij inaessentialsNL en een leeg doosje gekregen... contact gezocht via mail en Facebook maar het bedrijf reageert nergens op, dus mijn advies is niks kopen bij dit bedrijf.

Per ora ho acquistato l'acqua di lavanda, ma non avendo problemi di acne al momento non posso recensire la sua funzionalità, ma mi ritengo cmq contenta perché PRO è un prodotto totalmente NATURALE (adoro) che mi tiene idratata la pelle, specialmente d'inverno (ho la pelle molto sensibile), no effetti collaterali. CONTRO secondo me non è tanto indicato per la pulizia del viso (non trattiene molto sporco), bensì più come rinfrescante, idratante e per asciugare il sebo. Riacquisterò sicuramente...

Bin mittlerweile seit ein paar Jahren treue und zufriedene Kundin. Ich liebe das Rosenwasser, mit dem Lavendel Wasser war ich aber auch sehr zufrieden.
