Order unfulfilled, unreachable customer service – Avoid them!I placed my order two weeks ago, but the products never arrived. The package has been stuck in the courier's warehouse for over a week, and the company refuses to help or communicate with the delivery service to resolve the issue.When you try to contact them, it is impossible to reach a real human. Their customer service is fully automated, and all email replies are generic AI-generated robot messages that provide absolutely no help.Furthermore, their refund policy is highly disappointing: instead of giving you your money back for a package they failed to deliver, they only offer a shop coupon/credit. I had to initiate a chargeback through my bank to get my actual money back. Unreliable service, I do not recommend them at all.

Finally made contact after waiting for my product …. I cancelled my order now waiting for a refund . I cancelled my order because I have been waiting a week , I have emailed them no reply paid £4.99 for 1-2 days postage and nothing no emails stating when I would receive this nothing , I finally talked to someone on the phone and apparently they have suddenly decided to move warehouses ??? And they don’t know when my order will get to me could be 2 weeks could be 3 weeks this is very poor customer service and something isn’t right .

bestelling geplaats in totaal 3 de eerste netjes geleverd, tevreden over het product, vervolgens op 20 en 22 juni bestelling geplaatst, en toen niks..mail gestuurd, krijg een vage mail terug. door campagne, blabla, is het vertraagd, heb een melding gemaakt bij de ECC. europse consumentenbond, bedrijf is via ingeschreven in bulgarije volgens hun website, pakketje van mij kwam uit slovenie, wat al opmerkelijk is, shopify, moet dit soort praktijken aanpakken, zeker als ik de reviews hier lees. over het aantal jaar, doen ze dit al een tijdje, tijd voor interpol misschien!!
29-6: mooie reactie, maar heb natuurlijk al meerdere keren gemaild met jullie, maar krijg een standaard mail terug blijf niet aan de gang met mailen, het is jullie beurt. Om dit recht te zetten.
29-6: telefoonnummer, grappig, maar je krijgt een muziek en na 20 seconden wordt de verbinding verbroken!

Wij willen graag verduidelijken dat INA Essentials een Bulgaars familiebedrijf is. Dit staat ook transparant vermeld op onze website. Om onze klanten in verschillende Europese landen zo efficiënt mogelijk te kunnen bedienen, werken wij met logistieke centra in Bulgarije en Slowakije. Hierdoor kan de verzendlocatie verschillen, afhankelijk van de bestemming, beschikbaarheid en logistieke verwerking van de bestelling. Dit verandert niets aan de herkomst of identiteit van ons merk.

Slechte klantenservice, verkeerde producten.
Wanneer er iets mis gaat met je bestelling is de klantenservice niet behulpzaam. Ze doen er zelfs alles aan om te laten zien dat zij gelijk hebben.
Ik heb de verkeerde producten ontvangen, foto's als bewijs gestuurd. 6 weken later en 10 mails verder nog steeds niet de juiste bestelling binnen.

Ich habe vor ca 14 Tagen eine Bestellung aufgegeben, habe mehrere Mails geschrieben und bekomme einfach keine Antwort. So langsam habe ich das Gefühl das es tatsächlich ein Betrug ist.
Ich werde mein Geld zurück ziehen und finde es einfach nur echt schade das so viel Werbung gemacht wird aber nichts gehalten wird.

Amazing for hair growth
I am using hydrobiotic for hair growth. The results are amazing. It needs time for new hair to grow but it does an excellent job. My boyfriend see the benefits as well. We are using it for three months.

Prachtig bedrijf met fantastische producten!
Ik ben uiterst tevreden met dit bedrijf, hun producten maar ook service. Ik ben begonnen met het lavendel water voor mijn zoon die erg last heeft gehad van acne. Het lavendel water heeft hem geholpen met het tot rust brengen van zijn huid. Nu gebruik ik de anti haaruitval shampoo en conditioner, Wild Brandnetel en Rozemarijnolie en Zilverspar, en na 3 weken gebruik merk ik dat mijn haar voller aan het worden is. Ik vind het echt fantastische producten!
Daarnaast is een van de flesjes kapotgegaan tijdens het transport en na contact met het bedrijf kreeg ik binnen 2 dagen een nieuw flesje toegestuurd. Service is dus gewoon top!
Ik ga geen andere producten gebruiken maar blijf bij Ina Essentials!

Ik heb een tijdje terug de hydrolina kamille geprobeerd omdat ik enorme eczema had, maar het heeft echt niets gedaan tegen de eczema. Het gaf zelfs een licht tinteld gevoel, en het droogde mijn huid uit in plaats van te voeden. Ik had hoge verwachtingen, want het is toch niet zo goedkoop gezien de hoeveelheid en verzendkosten. Ik heb nu de hydrolina munt en lavendel gekocht voor mijn acne, en wacht op resultaat. Ik heb het nog maar een kleine week gebruikt en de fles is al half leeg. Ik schrok hier enorm van. Te duur voor wat het is, spijtig.

Nur abgelaufene Produkte bekommen. Über das Mindesthaltbarkeits Datum wurde einfach ein Zettel drüber geklebt, auf dem ein anderes Datum als auf der Verpackung steht. Alle waren am 07.2024 schon abgelaufen. Wir haben den 14.10.2025 und die Produkte sind vor wenigen Tagen angekommen. Kauft dort nicht mehr!

AGGIORNAMENTO: ho riscontrato un aiuto da parte del team dell'azienda. Scusandosi per il disagio subito, mi hanno risarcito l'intero importo dell'ordinw, ovvero 30 euri e inoltre mi hanno soedito un nuivo ordine a loro spese con tutto ciò che avevo acquistato. Purtroppo deve risolvere il problema con i corrieri e le relative spedizioni. L'azienda lavora comunque seriamente e i prodotti sono buoni.
Do una stella perché meno non posso, ordinato il 9/9/25, ad oggi 23/9/25 non si nulla del mio pacco, il team ti balza da una mail all'altra scusandosi. SPEDIZIONI PESSIME, ed è il secondo irdine che mi succede, mai piu! Il prodotto alla lavanda lo trovi anche su amazon, acquistatelo li almeno vi arriva.

I bought Bio Sunscreen SPF50 (suitable for children) - I strongly do not recommend!! All 4 members of our family got strong sun burns after 4 hours and repeated applications of this product. Including children. Never again. I placed reviews on FB and they were removed. To me this proves the company is not credable.

A me al momento piacciono molto. Ho acquistato inizialmente il kit alla lavanda per pelli con acne, da far provare a mio figlio. Vedo che diversamente da altri tonici sta puntualmente utilizzano il prodotto mattina e sera e devo essere sincera, la pelle è visibilmente meno infiammata e la zona dei brufoli si è ridotta. Risultato? Ho acquistato i prodotti viso anche per me e mi piacciono moltissimo. Profumo buonissimo. Il corriere poi è sempre puntualissimo e cordiale. Penso che proverò altri prodotti sicuramente.
