Made an order which came damaged (not their fault) sent me a full order for free but had some leakage in the box told them about it and gave me 40% off my next order so very good customer service and been buying from them about 3 years now no any complaints whatsoever 10/10.

I give your product of Lavender water 5 stars as my teenage kids think it’s amazing for their acne.
They have tried everything even products from the doctor and this is the only thing that works. Keep up your good work!

Discovered the company during Covid. Never used another brand since. The products are just amazing. I think my favourite is the lavender water, butcalso the lavander soap. I love the rose water too! My skin is aoft and clean and I won't put anything else on it! We just need maxi size!!

My 11 year old daughter uses the lavender water with great results, she still gets the odd breakout but her skin heals much quick and looks so healthy. I have also tried the conditioner and it is great!

I use the nettle shampoo and nettle water. Both products are amazing. I also use the organic pine water which is amazing for cuts and irritations to the skin such a nettle stings. It worked to help heal my recent nose piercing too.

I have ordered a few products from this company, the Lavender water is particularly nice and the Hydrobiotic toner is very good if you suffer from skin problems, the customer service is very friendly and helpful. Delivery is always prompt and arrives in good condition, can't fault them at all.

I love their products. I’ve been using their Organic Rose water for the last 3 or so years. I have bought the Lavender water for my son, as he has acne, and he loves it too. I’m also using their Rose shampoo vitality and repair, it leaves my hair clean and moisturised. Their sage water for my scalp is very soothing as I have psoriasis and it can leave my scalp itchy. The sage water really helps to calm my scalp to feel less irritated. I would recommend their product.

I have been using the Lavender water & the lavender & blueberry soap, for a few years now, they have been amazing for my menopausal skin, cleared the blemishes & spots in no time. I wouldn’t want to be without them now. Excellent products at excellent prices

I have been using InaEssentials products for some length of time now. They have a lovely variety of organic products that are completely cruelty free and only contain natural ingredients. Their organic waters are so effective as products alongside your skincare routine, helping with healing for skin conditions and allergies. I recently had a very sore rash on my wrist from my watch strap. I used the Lemon Balm water for irritated skin and it definitely helped to relieve the redness and itching. Their hair care products are gentle and effective. They do an organic Nettle shampoo and treatment spray to help against hair thinning and keeping hair stronger. Their customer service is always friendly and supportive. if you have any issues they reply back and do their best if there are any issues. They are always very pro customer based and do promotions and do a weekly draw on Facebook. I would definitely recommend using this very friendly family orientated company. Lovely products.

We've been using INA Essentials for nearly 2 years having come across them in the search for something natural to help my teen with her skin. We now place regular orders of the Lavender Water as it does a great job of keeping her skin clear and I've tried the Lemon Balm, and Rose Waters too - lovely scents and leaves my skin fresh and clear. Customer service is prompt and helpful too. If you're not sure, they're definitely worth a try.

I have been using Lavender Water for quite some time now and I can say that this product is really effective in keeping the pimples at bay. My face is also feeling smooth and hydrated with Rose water in the mornings! I also love the Nettle hair spray. My hair looks so much thicker now. Great products!

I've had the lavender face product and the lavender and mint ..both have been fab in clearing up my Menopause spots! The lavender and mint stop any oiliness without drying my skin .
