Incredibly easy and painless experience with Imperial Grass. Professional work throughout and an incredible final product. We are very happy and thankyou for making our garden amazing!!

Friendly and efficient
Very happy with the outcome of the job
Professional from point of quote to finish

Excellent customer service from start to finish. The gentleman who led the project, Roberto, was a lovely chap

We have a resin gravel driveway fitted and while we were initially pleased we were left with patches of discolouration which we were promised would disappear over summer. The patches have not changed and we are disappointed to have spent the money to not have a clean look, this company won’t take our calls or messages or attempt to resolve the issue.

Points for you to consider before using Imperial Grass-

*Outstanding customer service from the back office - quickly answering and providing all answers needed.
*No high deposit amounts - £100 deposit & you pay the remaining once the job is done.
*Super professional team , they worked very efficiently to finish the job within 3 days.
*They committed to deliver on time as per what has been agreed in the quote.
*No games and additional ripoff during the work - they deliver what has been agreed.

All in all we are extremely happy with the garden transformation using the Imperial Grass team - great value for money and the service is just exceptional.
We would definitely recommend using them to our friends and family.
Thank you guys!

Fantastic experience with imperial grass from dealing with Neeru over the phone (and watsapp - which makes things so much easier on a busy day) to the day when Renan and the other guys came to install the grass. They did a fantastic job and the tiny concrete garden we had is now a ‘grassy’ oasis! Our toddler loves it!

Absolutely fantastic service. I enquired about a quote on Monday and the work was carried out the same week on the Wednesday - Neeru had exceptional customer service and the guys were beyond brilliant. They have transformed my garden to such an immaculate space and low maintenance for my kids to enjoy. They were professional, thorough and their cleanliness was beyond expectations. I would recommend Imperial Grass with their exceptional service.

I recently hired Imperial Grass to do my front garden with shingle stones, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The team was professional, efficient, and meticulous in their work. They transformed my garden into a beautiful and low-maintenance space that I absolutely love. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend Imperial Grass to anyone looking for landscaping services. Thank you for a job well done!

Well what can I say apart from amazing 👏 i must say from day 1 of quoting me a price and making plans everything was smooth sailing, everything agreed was fulfilled to the highest standards and they even done extras that were not included. What a fantastic team they have and will most definitely recommend them in the future.

The team worked incredibly quickly without sacrificing quality. They demonstrated impressive attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of the job was completed to the highest standard. What really stood out to me was their dedication to cleanliness; they left my garden spotless after finishing their work.

Choosing Imperial Grass has been one of the best decisions I’ve made this year. The transformation of my garden is nothing short of amazing. Each member of the crew was hard-working and meticulous. A special mention goes to Clebio, who not only provided creative suggestions for the tile layout but also took the time to explain each step of the process to us. His insights and professionalism greatly enhanced the overall experience.

As soon as they finished, my dogs couldn’t wait to run onto the new grass, and my sons immediately started playing football. It was wonderful to see our family enjoying the garden so quickly after the job was done.

I highly recommend Imperial Grass Limited for any garden projects. Their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction is truly commendable. Thank you for making my garden look so incredible!

The team really did a great job. Very respectful and dedicated. The team took care of all the details I was worried about. My garden is totally transformed! Thank you!

From the first contact with Neeru and their patience and excellent customer service with sorting out a quote (and several requotes as requirements changed) for me, to booking and paying it was so smooth and easy and definitely a company operating in the 21st century! Installation was in Bedfordshire by Roberto and his team; the 3 chaps all worked extraoridnarily hard in the sun to deliver a first class experience in a little over 4 hours resulting in a superb looking rear garden that is now perfect for my toddler and two dogs to enjoy.

Couldn’t fault this company they was amazing from start to finish answered all my questions, reasonably priced and the workers, just, WOW! they work incredibly hard and very polite and tidy. What I thought would take a good few days took them only a day and a half! Really really impressed. Thank you so much. Highly recommend. :)
