Well
All I can say is WOW!
Thank you so much to Roberto and his amazing crew for transforming my garden from a muddy ugly mess to a beautiful green space in only one day!
I have two Golden Retrievers so it was so important that we had something that would stand up to their needs. The Admin team were so helpful in suggesting what would be best for us.
Renan did our site survey and was fabulous at getting things sorted in advance of the crew arriving to start the work.
Imperial Grass were nothing short of amazing and we could not be happier with their work.
These guys worked tirelessly to ensure that the job was done perfectly…
I was home from work and saw first hand the work it took to level my garden…it had slopes and all sorts but I watched the crew go over it so many times to get it just right.
We are so happy with our garden now!
Many many thanks
Will recommend you to everyone!
From Becca and Blanche.

The Imperial Grass team did a fantastic job installing our new artificial grass. The entire process was simple and seamless. They took great care to cover our internal flooring and carried out the work exactly as promised. The team arrived on time, and now we're eagerly looking forward to enjoying our new lawn this summer.

A special thanks to Neeru and Roberto for their outstanding service!

Just recently had artificial grass laid and was very happy with the product, great price and great communication throughout the start to finish.

Good value for money and a professional service from start to finish. The team worked tirelessly to complete the job quickly and the quality of their work was excellent.

Sadley after 2 years we have given up on the grass. The only reason we went with this company was because they said we would not get any smells from our 2 dogs.
Within a year it was smelling and they came out to look and we had to pay for a deep clean. This didn’t work and smell continued. We spent hundreds on cleaning products and the smell continues. They just want me to keep paying for deep cleaning.

Update
Yes correct about date but this happened within a year and this is when the deep cleaning was done. As this didn’t work that’s when we looked at using chemicals. When this didn’t work you offered the K9 grass but at my cost. We didn’t have another deep clean because at £250 a time it was a waste of time. We would love the K9 grass but even at a reduced cost it’s still too much. It is a shame as you did a great job but we was never told it would need 3 times a year maintenance.

Excellent service from Imperial Grass from the quote through to implementation and clean up. I would definitely recommend.
The team were friendly, informative and hardworking, completing the job on time. The attention to detail in the finished result is fantastic and I’m so pleased with the result. I would recommend to everyone who is wishing to have artificial grass

Very professional efficient and tidy, great service.

Renan & his team did a fantastic job on our garden. Gave a budgeted solution with Warranty and installed artificial grass. The team arrived on time and finished the job very smoothly with no mess left on the site.
Would definitely recommend them

We are really delighted with the astroturf which this company has supplied and fitted. They were really pleasant and efficient to deal with from start to finish. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if we needed to, or to recommend anyone else to use this company!

Excellent work!
Most considerate and caring to the home surrounds.
Thank you!

Would highly recommend this company after having our back garden completed.
True professional outfits ,friendly hardworking and pleasant group of lads.Very happy with the quote after shopping around, and the attention to detail in the finished result is fantastic, chosen the dog friendly K9 Grass, looks great and the pile is very plump, would recommend these guys to everyone who is wishing to have artificial grass

The 3 guys who came were very polite they worked hard and didn’t stop until the job was done .My garden looks amazing now and I’m very happy.
The cost was excellent and the best quote I had , I’m now thinking of having my front garden done All in all I would really recommend this company to any body needing a new garden .

We recently had the pleasure of working with Imperial Grass for our garden transformation, and the experience exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, their customer service was exceptional. The back-office team, led by Neeru, was highly responsive and provided clear, concise answers to all our queries, ensuring a smooth process from the very beginning.

The project was handled by a highly professional team, with special recognition to Renan and Roberto, who were instrumental in delivering outstanding results. Their efficiency and commitment ensured the work was completed within the promised 3-day timeframe, even though the rain stopped the works, they carried out other works! What stood out most was the transparency and integrity of the team—there were no unexpected costs or deviations from the original quote, which is rare in this industry.

The £100 deposit was reasonable, and the remainder was only due after the job was completed, reflecting their confidence in the quality of their work. We are thrilled with the final outcome, and our garden has been transformed beautifully, offering excellent value for money.

In short, we couldn't be happier with the results. We wholeheartedly recommend Imperial Grass to anyone considering similar work and would not hesitate to suggest them to friends and family.

Thank you, Neeru, Renan, Roberto, and the entire Imperial Grass team for your hard work and dedication!

From quote to completion, all the staff were brilliant. The team communicated via emails and WhatsApp texts. The installation team were helpful and supportive.
It was fantastic to come home to new, smart looking garden.
Thank you 🙏🏽

I had a very good experience with Imperial grass, their price is really reasonable, I saved circa £1500 compared to quotes from other grass installations companies. All done in one day and it looks immaculate and beautiful.

The three men that turn up on time were great started to protect the house floors and walls because they had to take everything through the house didn't stop all day done the hole job in fore hours

Amazing customer experience. They managed to provide me with the date I required. Lads installed the grass within half a day and done an amazing job. I had a garden party the next day and received compliments about the grass all day. Definitely recommend, would give 10 stars if I could!!

Excellent job from start to finish, very professional and updated was most important for me. Highly recommend

Amazing work!
Roberto and his team worked wonderfully.
Thank you for making my garden look beautiful.
5*

Excellent service. Old grass removed and artificial grass all fitted in one day. They cleaned all their mess and were very nice in getting the job done. Cleared extra part of garden for free.

Easy to book and only need to put down £100 deposit.
