Like many other people on here that state this company is amazing are 100% correct. Roberto and his team were outstanding and a credit to the company, they are grafters and work so hard and done everything that was required and more. We had a garden that needed to be dug out fairly deep and this was no issue. The K9 grass that has been installed seems brilliant so far. Price was competitive and was so glad to see all materials used which means there wasn’t much waste in what we ordered l. All my questions was answered throughout. My only slight niggle was the site survey as the person that was sent was a little clueless and not very informative. Maybe the people on the site surveys should be more clued up on the products and process but this was quickly rectified but the office and there answers. Outstanding company and even better installers. They will keep your house so tidy and you won’t even know they have been working there. Don’t even hesitate to use this company.

I have used these guys twice now and likely to use them a third time for our front garden. Online forms and customer service are great and most importantly the laying and quality of the grass is always excellent. Very competitive price as well as a number of other quotes that we often receive.

Amazing work done on my garden by Jean, Michael, Tiago and Vando. I am impressed with the quality and service and best part is it was within my budget. Really happy and definitely recommend!!

Absolutely delighted. Jean, Vincencio and Ryan I am speechless the dedication, the attention to detail they worked so hard, you can see they are passionate about what they do. They were very clear about the plan which they confirmed before starting and reassured me every step of the way. They were very polite, courteous and super professional. Also the team who arrange the bookings as well do initial inspections and measuring are absolutely top tier so professional excellent communication. I highly recommend this company. And the grass is super soft. Literally over the moon. Thank you thank you thank you. My garden looks so clean - oh yes they clean up too and very well. You won't be disappointed.

We just got our garden done and it looks amazing. The company was very easy to talk to, they were very accommodating with our schedules and most importantly they were really quick in booking us in and in doing the job itself. They left everything tidy after they finished. Would totally recommend them😊

The Artificial Grass was installed by Jay and his 2 young colleagues on a very hot day in May 2026 (80 degrees +). Having not had Artificial Grass before i was a bit dubious and kept a close eye. I need not fear as they worked tirelessly and the attention to detail was excellent. They also cleaned up superbly after themselves even hosing the drive down. I must say i am very impressed with their work ethic, the finish is excellent and the cost was less than 2 other companies that quoted. Add to this the proffesionalism of the ladies i spoke with at head office. I would highly recommend.

Quality works, clean, very efficient and very helpful 👏👏👏
I recommend 100% . No 1 over all.

Really pleased with our astroturf . They did a great job , really efficient, left the place so clean and tidy and they were so quick , I would highly recommend

We recently had composite decking installed by Imperial Grass and couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the team were extremely friendly, responsive and communicative throughout the whole process.

They took great care and attention in their work, making sure every detail was finished to a high standard. The quality of the completed decking is excellent and has completely transformed the space.

A professional and reliable company that clearly takes pride in what they do. We would thoroughly recommend Imperial Grass to anyone considering composite decking or landscaping work.

Competitive quote, friendly service, timely installation. The team who attended to carry out the work were considerate, productive and professional. The end result was just the quality that we were looking for and team left all areas spotless as if they had never been here. I would recommend imperial grass

First booking cancelled last minute due to van issues. Second appointment I could see
Brush not starting but never told by employee. They used blower more so it looked ok. Not worth £250 maintenance paid.

Recently had my garden done by this company and was happy with both the work and the price. Would definitely advise anyone looking to get any similar work done very trustworthy great quality and great work.

The Imperial Grass team has done an excellent job of installing artificial grass and the wooden fence. Very professional team, arrived on time at the site and completed beyond my expectations. Thank you again and I highly recommend Thier services.

Very very pleased with the workmen, communication and final result - I have no hesitation giving 5 star rating and recommend to anyone

Excellent job. Nice guys, really hard working. Made an excellent job clearing up after themselves.
Would certainly recommend this company.

Lovely team who stayed to make sure things were perfect and even came back on a Saturday to make sure it was done properly. It's completely transformed the garden and it's so lovely to be able to take my little one out into the garden without worrying.

Couldn’t fault them!
Arrived on time, worked super speedy, lovely guys and so happy with the outcome will be recommending them to everyone!
