Don’t use this company - bed ordered in August and still not arrived in Jan despite being advertised as in stock at the time of order - seemed helpful with constant changes of delivery date but never arrived. Last email from them said it was with delivery company weeks ago; but no contact since then. Took the money and didn’t deliver the goods.

Below - the company have given a reply to say my review is fake - they really are adding insult to injury. Clearly I had to prove to Trustpilot I had made this order with the invoice and credit card bill! Do not buy anything from them - liars and cheats.

So the poor service continues as my last review you can see I am waiting for a refund for a table never received, after numerous unanswered emails I finally on the 21/12/2021 had mail from them to say they were going to refund me, had nothing in my bank emailed again and received an email on the 28/12/2021 to say the refund had been processed and can I confirm I have taken down my reviews, I have checked my bank this morning 10/1/2022 and still no refund!

What a poor company to deal with!
Hopefully as they are very keen on keeping their review site looking positive somebody will come back to me and explain why I have been lied to again.

Excellent service, kept me updated on my order, deliver was as promised, and within the time slot, delivery guys were great and very polite and Courteous. The bed was very easy to install and looks great I am very happy with my purchase. Great company Thankyou

ImagineX aftermarket & customer support are very good. They are generally fast, effective & fair with their responses.
Delivery arrangements were frustrating, but I appreciate that this wasn’t entirely in their control.
In summary, I would recommend buying from them, as I would again.

I’m absolutely delighted with not only our barstools, table & chairs that we have purchased from you but with the whole customer experience from our first order to delivery.

Our experience was overall very good. The products are lovely and the price was the most competitive we found. Despite the courier getting it wrong we found by damaging the original, our communication with the after sales team very good and Jay was excellent in resolving the issue we had. No issues at all in recommending.

Ordered from them in September with a 3 - 4 week wait for delivery, no delivery received.
Tried calling all options go to answerphone, emails are not answered.

After having to verify our transaction ImagineX Furniture finally replied to our emails. Confirming they would refund but only after we remove our review. Despite advising that we would remove once the refund had been made they were insistent that the review needed removing first.
They then advise they have proof of delivery but have not sent a copy as of yet, despite requesting it 2 or 3 times, although our tracking shows it is still in the warehouse.
WE WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WOULD ADVISE OTHERS NOT TO.
More than happy to share the email trial between the IMagineX furniture and ourselves.

Avoid buying from this company. I spent about £1259.10 on marble top table and 6 chairs, 3 out of the six chairs came damaged and none of their product look authentic. I sent emails for months about the faulty chairs and they promised to send replacements but nothing came. They don’t pick calls. I even reported them to trading standards but because I live in England and the company is in Scotland, I really didn’t get far with that, which is a shame. The faulty chairs are of no use to me and the company didn’t do anything about it till date!!! Please don’t fall victim, avoid them

I ordered 6 Belgravia Dinning Chairs and only 5 were delivered by DPD. After a few days of liaison with then and ImagineXfurnire it was confirmed by DPD that the item had been misplaced. They advised me to tell the seller to request an investigation. I spoke with the seller and they committed to sending out another chair straight away and would deal with DPD themselves. The chair has already been delivered a week later and I am so pleased they are beautiful. I can't praise ImageXFurniture on their prompt customer service enough.

I have just seen your reply to this review and I am really annoyed at your response you said you sent me a delivery note as it has been delivered but what you have not realised is that in actual fact only TWO of the THREE items have been delivered since April
please look at the invoice and the email you sent me saying you were contacting the courier to see where it is
Also you haven’t explained why you are not taking any phone calls snd your message box has been full for weeks so please email me to say where my dressing table is and when you are delivering it please

I have been ringing for weeks and cannot get an answer and I cannot leave a message as it is saying the mail box is full. I have also emailed to ask when my dressing table is getting delivered as I have paid for it and I have been waiting since April 2021 for delivery and they have not responded the last I heard was that they were going to ring me when they had spoken to the courier and that was over two weeks ago. Can you please contact me immediately I am concerned you are struggling as a business and I will not get my goods.

Ordered TV unit and lamp table. They were delivered from Italy in perfect condition within timescale expected. Assembly was easy and they look great. High quality furniture, solidly built. Fortunately our delivery wasn't affected by COVID problems.

Slow delivery, never answered messages or phone calls. Messages were read but ignored.

Review amended from feedback:

1) I have sent emails to you but they were ignored. I have screenshots of your read but ignored WhatsApp message
2) no despatch confirmation was ever sent
3) you have lied about the posting dates, it was not posted until I sent several messages.
4) we did not receive the item until 3-4 weeks later.
5) do not try and deflect your poor / non existent customer service on my devious reviews for other companies. Yes I have only left negative reviews on trustpilot but I have left plenty of other positive reviews on other review web sites.

Also don’t lie and at you accept good and bad reviews when you clearly don’t. Posting false information to hide about the actual service given is disgusting

Maybe you should pay more attention to your own poor reviews before looking at mine?

No instructions for table , one chair leg would not screw in , emailed company they send new one out , was the wrong size this happened twice and the condition of them were rediculous , they even ignored me at one point , 6 weeks later of emailing finally got my chair leg.

Purchased the camel platinum furniture
Took 3 weeks to come even though the website said 6-8 weeks so came very fast. The sales staff were great as I wanted a sample wood along with images and specific dimensions I got this instantly. I then placed the order and the order process was smooth . The items look amazing and compliment my bedroom. I will definitely be going back to purchase my dining set!

The delivery drivers who came were fantastic they set all the items up for me!

took for ages to arrived and even when said delivery was coming they said it got lost and took another 2 weeks.

If I could give no stars I would! Bought delivered badly damaged then had to fight for money back through my bank! Then was blocked in fb and WhatsApp so couldn't contact them ...!!! Utter disgrace is polite description!! Would never ever purchase from this sham of a company again!!!

Love the luxury Italian range, great company - had no issues! Will be ordering in future!
