Best trip ever.
Could not speak more highly of our trip to India. Our guide (Sanjay) was helpful, organized, knowledgeable and went out of his way to ensure every individual was catered for. Every day was packed with fun, adventure, surprises and excitement. We feel as though we have seen and experienced all the things you would hope to see on a short (13 day) trip to India. Taj Mahal, Tigers, elephants, snake charmers, train rides, tut tut rides, shopping, temples, forts and much more. The accommodation was perfect at every city. Hope to return to explore more of this wonderful country.

Cruise to Singapore and Mekong River cruise
We recently did a 4 week trip through imagine holidays cruising with Queen Elizabeth to Singapore followed by 2 weeks travelling through Vietnam and Cambodia on the Mekong navigator.
The ships were superb. Choice of hotels and locations was spot on.
Mekong navigator was delightful. Great food and friendly staff providing excellent service.
The guides were knowledgeable and gave good presentations.
Well worth doing abd will certainly travel with imagine again. This is our third trip and a 4th Christmas and new year cruise coming up.

Learn how real tour companies look after there traveller
You really need to travel with a real travel company eg, APT OR AAT KINGS.
a tour guide on board be nice in case things go belly up.
Times, etc bus leave person behind in hotel when they not answer phone or door ...could be in need of help or dead. Second tour should have knowledge of places travelling to not bus driver.
Get porters to collect luggage take to rooms and return luggage to bus when leaving accommodation.
Lots of older need this.
Bus travels not explained how long journey is.
Breakfast boxes.
Best leave out.
Where's meet n greet night ???.
Pretty pore effort.
Never travel with your company ever again.
Some elderly people struggled through this trip.
We didn't send things we were told about.
Very, very disappointing 😞.

Imagine Holidays left nothing to chance on our recent holiday on the Queen Elizabeth to Singapore cruise. They were always available when required and were very friendly and obliging. When we went to events in Singapore they ensured we did not get lost by having a large amount of guides available to look after us and tend to all our needs. We will be looking towards Imagine Holidays for future trips as they impressed us immensely

P&O Pacific Explorer Fremantle to Singapore and 6 day guided tour of India's Golden Triangle
Our holiday package that included a P&O cruise on the Pacific Explorer from Fremantle to Singapore and then on a guided tour of India's Golden Triangle was fabulous from beginning to end. Imagine kept us fully informed from beginning to end. In India our tour guide Deep was both knowledgeable and terrific! The coach was new and comfortable, the driver amazing! Lunches on the tour were at beautiful restaurants with good food and facilities. The hotels were all 5 star. What an amazing holiday we have had. Thankyou Imagine Holidays Australia. Would definitely book with you again!!

SHIMLA EXPRESS & INDIA'S GOLDEN TRIANGLE
What a wonderful tour. We chose the tour that was hosted by Kay McGrath. We had a wonderful knowledgeable national tour guide by the name of Yadou. I have been on many packaged tours but this was the first overseas holiday with Imagine Holidays Australia. A big shout out to our National Guide who stayed with us from start to finish. He gave us just enough information at our monument visits and allowed us free time to explore with the information he gave us. He was very professional and friendly and dealt with all matters in a confidential and realistic manner....always mindful of his clients. We always felt in competent hands when out and about in the colorful, sometimes chaotic cities of India. The tour was more than I could have "imagined"....a great team that shared with us their beautiful country. The hotels were all first class providing great dining options during our stays. We only had a limited number on tour - 20, so the bus was very comfortable. We did spend a lot of time travelling from city to city. There were many highlights...lovely dining options....far too many to mention...but the one that stands out is our "surprise" location on the top of the world in Shimla. (Well, it certainly felt like it). Waiting for us was a music and dance group, wine and cake. We enjoyed a wonderful morning overlooking the foothills of the Himalayas while dancing and mixing with the local folk....it truly was a memorable morning....very very special. Thank you Imagine, you got it right for us.

What a great company!
What a great company to deal with. Everything was so easy and they provided all the information needed, when it was required.
We were looked after, on our transfers, by lovely people who were so helpful and easy to talk to. A big surprise on the flight home was that they had given us an upgraded deal instead of the basic flight package that we expected!

We have just completed a cruise with azamara that we booked through imagine holidays , they were fantastic they included flights and accommodation, everything was well organised was there to pick us up and take us to the airport after our hotel stay, a nice surprise when we got to hotel they had put a small show on for us, much cheaper than booking direct thankyou imagine holidays i am already enquiring about another cruise i want to do to see if you have it .

Golden Triangle and Cruise
Just completed a Golden Triangle tour and cruise on Azamara Pursuit. Sanjay our tour guide in India was exceptional in all respects. His "inside knowledge" was invaluable, Asif the driver was very good, as was offsider Rahm, combined together to make a wonderful stress free holiday. Imagine the Frustration before a holiday begins
It is hard to ‘Imagine’ a holiday booking could be so ‘ messed up’ in the Pre- holiday document stage. Before departure I was soo anxious!! Because of constant Hotel changes. Subsequent emailed documents, would have previous hotel information in different parts of the trip.
This happened with this one booking numerous times. Many phone calls were made and I was not sure if I was ‘ Arthur or Martha’. Finally about a week or less out from our Overseas trip, our ? confirmed trip Itinerary was sent. By this stage my Confidence was so low and it certainly did not make for a ‘Relaxing Start to our holiday. The odd mistake, is acceptable, but not constantly. Very Annoying, exhausting and Frustrating.
The actual holiday, when we arrived, was good overseas. Our wonderful guide also stated the company he ‘Imagined’ also were giving him incorrect documents re Itinerary as well.😒😣👎🏻

Great holiday.
We have just completed a tour of the Golden triangle and Shimla India and were most impressed with the tour guide Sunil Bahal who went above and beyond for us. His knowledge of indian history and his english were exceptional. We were looked after the whole tour and nothing was too much trouble for him. He accompanied us to High Tea at Lord Kitcheners former residence in Shimla and it was the highligh of our time there. The Taj Mahal was just amazing and we had a great day. We had a small group of 10 and the bus and driver were excellent. All hotels were 5 star. An amazing holiday. Well done Imagine. We look forward to our trip with them next year in the Med.

We’ve just completed Imagine Holidays’ 6 day Golden Triangle tour of India with Sanjay Sihag as our tour leader. Sanjay has gone the extra mile every single day to ensure our every need was covered and we safely enjoyed the unique experiences of this wonderful country.
