Used this company from Stansted, 10/10 great service, cheap and very prompt. Customer service were very accommodating when accidentally booked the wrong departure date and only noticed the day before departure, totally my fault but they changed this for me no problem at all. Would def use again.

We used I love meet and Greet for our holiday parking recently. I would highly recommend their services. We called 10 minutes before we arrived at the terminal and were met by their driver who checked over the car, issued us a receipt and sent us on our way. When we landed back in the uk we made a quick call to them and when we came out the terminal the car was there ready and waiting. All in all a fantastic hassle free service. Will definately use again.

We used the service at Gatwick for a week holiday over Christmas. Really impressed with staff and whole process - went super smoothly and I think a reasonable price. Would definitely use again.

I would not recommend this company at all. I can’t speak for the other airports however do not use this company if you fly from stansted airport. The staff are extremely rude and don’t care how they treat you. Whilst there was some miscommunication we were manhandled by the driver with the door slammed onto our foot and being dragged in and out of the van. When I raised this with the reception staff and tried to reason with what happened they were even more aggressive towards us and did not act professionally at all! We then attempted to raise a formal complaint however this was completely pointless and doesn’t go anywhere. They have a driver Ali which we said we felt threatened and no actions were taken. After a holiday and early flight we wanted a simple journey back to the car and this is not what this company offers. Spend a few quid more and get a company that is way more professional and not full of rude and aggressive staff members

We booked the Park and Deliver service at Gatwick North Terminal with some nervousness after reading all the poor reviews. Maybe our expectations were lowered somewhat. All I can say is that we had no need to worry at all. We arrived at 9pm and the whole process could not have been easier. Alan checked us in. His manner was calm and friendly. As he was on the night shift he was also the one to transfer us to North Terminal at 4.15am the following morning. The pick up process was just as seamless. We called the number provided and waited in the collection area for no more than 10 minutes. Highly recommend this service!!

What a greedy company with everyone sacked due to Covid the MDs are dealing with bookings and emails.

It's took me 20 plus emails to get my refund even though I paid for the extra cover to protect my booking due to the Covid-19 pandemic and all that comes with it.

I booked and paid for the 20th October to 2nd November. Jet2 cancelled the flight and changed it to the 21st a day later. I called them, no answer. I emailed them and they said pay another £30.00 to which I replied why as I'm coming a day later and the days are covered with my original booking. They emailed back saying it's that or nothing.

So I called Stansted Airport a man changed my booking as I had the dates already booked in as he understood my predicament and sent me confirmation of my booking for the 21st.

A day later one of the MDs cancelled my booking without any further communication and told me good luck finding another Meet and Greet. How unprofessional and disturbing is that.

I did find another company and saved £37.00.

Shame on you and good riddance.

Plenty of decent company's out there everyone. Look around and stay well away form these greedy lot.

I recently used the I Love Meet and Greet forecourt parking service at Gatwick North Terminal. I normally use the official valet parking but that was fully booked. I was slightly apprehensive given the reviews here (some very good and some less than good). However my own experience was extremely good. I followed the procedure by calling just ahead of arrival and only waited 5 minutes or so for the team member to collect my car. Then on my return I called when in the Arrivals hall and then made my way to the pick up point with just a 5 minute wait before my car arrived. Great service and very polite. I would definitely use again. Thanks.

Truly awful experience. I have used them several times before with no problems. But this time was a disaster! We returned to find our car damaged, when we complained the "greeter" got aggressive and intimidating. It turned out this is a small operation and the rude greeter also runs the jokingly-titled "customer services" so it is impossible to get any recompense. Do not go near this company. Benefit of hindsight - video your car before you hand it over.

Horrible customer service. Booked over a year ago and still no refund. It’s against the law to hold other people’s money. Court case in progress, see you in court I love meet and greet.

I ve used I love meet and greet on many occasions from Stansted. First class service at airport everytime.
I d prebooked parking at Stansted at Christmas 2020 when flights were cancelled. The staff contacted me and offered a voucher to use in the future when travel can resume. I was very grateful for their consideration and professionalism during they difficult times 🙏 Thank you for your Excellent customer care

By far the friendliest and most efficient valet park service we have used. Gentleman helped us get a trolley and with our luggage while socially distancing. Furthermore we had now hit time on arrival or departure. Excellent service

I used these at Gatwick recently. I drove myself to their car park and used their complimentary shuttle bus to the airport. As it was the day before lockdown it was really quiet, just me. On arrival they were very polite and professional. They took photos of my car and gave me a receipt. They explained the pick up procedure and off I went. On getting back to the U.K. I just called the number and they immediately brought my car to the front entrance of the airport. These are now my preferred airport parking company.

In reply to that I can leave a review of what I have experienced my right and true and fact, in response the fact you took pictures , does not show it was pre-existing as you say it shows you took pictures nothing more, I know million percent that that damage was not there before arrival FACT. Anyone can take a picture the fact you took a picture or pictures what time you claim or 7,39am leaves a 2 hour window , before arrival round about 5,40wm till 6am ish so between that time and the so called date and time stamp of the photo you made , ,,,,, shows the damage what about the approximate 2 hour window then ,,, and I've asked for CCTV ,, of that entire 2 hours ,,,, be interesting to see ,,

Great service all round. Went for a long business trip and the car was exactly how I left it. Polite and courteous staff. Would definitely recommend to anybody.

5* service from start to finish. Such a smooth process which made my holiday stress free right from the start. Our return flight home was unexpectedly delayed but by providing the team with my return flight number when making the booking, they were able to keep live track of our arrival. I definitely will be using their service again, and definitely recommend

Used ilovemeetandgreet for the first time out of Gatwick. Communication was clear, their prices were the best and car had obviously been handled using PPE equipment. Will use again.
