Good but with a bit of a worry

I have used I LOVE MEET AND GREET AT STANSTED AIRPORT, several times and always been pleased wither service, This time I used Bubble parking which is part of the business, and while I am pleased with the drop off and collection of my car. It was quick and efficient and I knew the car would be stored off site.
It is this off site part after 3 days in Malta I checked the cars location on my phone app and found that it was unlocked no great problem I locked using the car app.
When my car was delivered to me, I found that the heated steering wheel was on and the seats were hot , as was the steering wheel which I have never used in fact I do not know how to turn it on.
The automatic seat position was completely altered and when in position 2 which I use to get out of the vehicle it was in an almost fully reclined sleeping position. Also the interior of the windscreen was smeary and I had left it clean. I cannot explain any of this other that possibly someone may have used it to "rest in".

when I arrived at the drop off point they would not drive my vehicle because it was a black cab?. this was never mentioned to me when they took my money for the booking, I had to drive them to the car park and then wait to be transferred back to the terminal via the south terminal to pick up other passengers. on return they were late in picking us up, no help with the luggage either getting it in the minibus. my vehicle had been scratched did not notice this until I went to clean it next day, made a complaint but they refused to take responsibility for it. first and last time I use this company

Waited half an hour in the freezing…

Waited half an hour in the freezing cold for Car to arrive after I had rung from picking up my luggage. Won’t be using these people again.

25 mins wait to return car.

They insist you don’t call until you have collected your bags and have cleared customs, only once you do this all you get is “sorry were busy now, so your car will be 25 mins”. Not what you need at 11pm at night. I chose this for the speed and convenience, the Gatwick Official M&G Service was the same price (in the short stay Car Park).
Don’t bother, just use the Gatwick Official Meet & Greet Service if you want a convenient solution. The guy on the phone claim their (Gatwick Official) wait times were 40mins, which was total rubbish, I was with several colleagues who were halfway home by the time I'd got my car back!

Returned my car dirty

They picked up and dropped off the car within the timeframes. I had no problem with this.
The issue I had was that I dropped off a clean white car, and picked up a dirty white car. I presume the cars are parked in, or close by to a dusty field. I did not want to add "Clean my car" to my to do list as soon as returning from holiday.
There was even a "mud" mark where someone had used their foot to open the door. It is a low car, but they could have cleaned this!

Will not use again.

The directions on our email from the booking agent were wrong, 3 phone calls and 3 times in and out of the airport to find the drop off. On arrival home and with suitcases in hand rang them as instructed and was left standing in the rain and cold at 11:30pm for 20mins until the car arrived. The driver got out scanned my ticket, got me to sign and walked off. No offer of help just went. I did complain and got 25% back but....two weeks later we got a parking ticket from NCP so had to contact them again to get that resolved. They did sort it out but this was not the easy relaxing experience I thought it was going to be.

Dishonest behavior that put me in danger

I have used these guys in the past without issue, but my most recent experience will be the last time I use them. My car was returned to me with a puncture, which I didn't find out until starting the car and seeing the giant warning sign on the dash saying that one of the rear tyres was down to 12 PSI. I had used the meet and greet service so the car was driven to me at the airport. The driver who returned the car had not mentioned this and had already made a swift exit, leaving me with no option but to drive to the nearest garage with a dangerously deflated tyre as I could not remain in the airport drop-off zone. I immediately called and reported this to ILMAG who told me I needed to email their CS dept the following day. When I did so they denied having any knowledge of the problem and refused to admit any liability. They even tried to blame this on me, sending me a picture of the dash on collection, showing the pressure warning. It turned out they had taken the picture during the pre-ignition sequence when all instrument lights are lit, which they clearly do so that they can subsequently blame any fault on the owner once returned. Punctures can and will happen without fault of the parking operator, but returning a car with a known issue and keeping quiet to avoid liability is just underhand and dishonest behaviour.

Won’t Be Using Them Again 👎🏻

Anyone looking for a meet & greet north terminal Gatwick keep looking. They kept us waiting over 20 minutes in the freezing cold early morning, even though I phoned them 15 minutes before arriving to drop our car off. Then to add insult to injury, again we were left waiting in the rain on our return 7 days later for a further 20 minutes. Thought their service was meant to be quick, trouble-free? Rubbish!

Terrible would not use again. EVER

Terrible would not use again.
We followed the instructions to contact them to make sure they would be waiting for us on our arrival, we were left waiting for over 20 minutes for them to collect the car. At that point we thought, even though it was a long time we had allowed ourselves enough time at the airport and we were about to set off on holiday, so we were happy. However on our return we were made to wait 40 minutes for them to return our car. We again followed the instructions given to us. After 10 minutes of waiting, I managed to speak to a rep who was waiting to collect another car and he called their office on my behalf. I was told all drivers were on the way. After another 10 minutes the car hadn't arrived. I called the office I was told there were lots of cars being delivered and mine had been blocked in and was now on the way. After a further 20 minutes (now pouring with rain) the car arrived. I asked the driver how long.ago he set off in our car and he said he collected it 10 minutes ago. I told him we'd been waiting for 40 minutes and he said well just email the company then. Great. Will definitely not use them again.

LGW > Not the best return experience

LGW. Going out easy and based on prior experience, we called in advance so the driver was there, no hanging around, no problem. The return? Horrible. Called as instructed at 21:25, still no sign of the car at just after 2200, so called again. Told the car was well under way and would be about ano min. Got in the car 2210. Not great after nine hours travelling but that's my issue. If it's going to be 45 mins or how ever long, tell us the truth. It might not be what we want to hear but we wouldnt be outside freezing!

Extremely disappointing

I have been a long-standing customer of I lovemeet&greet, unfortunately my recent experience with them has been extremely disappointing. I collected my car Friday 19th December at 1:45pm from Gatwick North the driver was courteous helped me with my luggage however he failed to mention that there was a tyre pressure warning showing as soon as I got in the car started the engine it appeared, I looked for the driver unfortunately he had left. I felt where I was parked. There was little I could do so I continued to the nearest service station and this is not a fault of Ilovemeet and great however I proceeded to spend up to 6 hours waiting for recovery through RAC which has been another failure and being investigated with RAC MOTABILITY as my car is under the motability scheme. The point of my review is directed that regardless of raising this with Ilovemeet and greet when I eventually arrived home I have had no feedback or explanation. I understand that these situations of flat tyres caused by nails can happen to any driver but my point is they never alerted me to it on collection and that there is was in fact a nail through my tyre where I could’ve had it dealt with at Gatwick instead of being left the roadside for a considerable amount of time, to add the reason we know that they knew about this is because my 12 V in car charger had been used and has never been removed for the year I have had the car they had failed to put the cap back on and left it on the passenger seat. The only explanation for this as it was used to pump up the tyre by a portable tyre pressure gauge. There is no other explanation for that 12 V cap to be removed or for it to be used.
The coincidence is outstanding So presuming when collecting the car from the Compound to return to me on my inbound flight, my tyre must’ve been flat and they just pumped it up without telling me that there was a faulty tyre this is terrible for anyone collecting their car especially for somebody who has a long journey home I had to drive another hour and a half to go home so it was obvious that I could not continue my journey until the car was either recovered all the tyre was replaced. The experience has left me not want wishing to ever use this company again I appreciate like I’ve said a nail can go in anybody’s tyre even myself driving but to not alert someone that you have physically re inflated a customers tyre and not notifying them when handing over the keys was a poor service, before writing this review I gave the opportunity of the company to reach out to me to try and explain the reasons and I have heard nothing. A disappointing end to a long journey with a company that I’ve always given Good reviews.
They failed me on the last booking and a disappointing end I will not be refusing this company again and certainly would not recommend them if this is how they leave customers for a long journey home.

Parking Fine Issued for LGW Drop Off Zone

Very friendly staff and seemed like an efficient service but was issued a parking fine from the Gatwick Airport Drop Off Zone. Fine was cancelled by ILMAG but they refused to reimburse me for the admin fee my car lease
company charges me for processing parking fines. Through no fault of my own I am now paying this.
ILMAG claim the problem was with the NCP automatic system misreading the number plate but this is surely impossible otherwise I would never have received the fine! Mindless ILMAG “computer says no” customer service

Not worth the hype

Hung up on me when calling to say I was ready for the car, had to wait an hour at midnight for my car return .. car was in a terrible condition with tree sap all over it, refused to pay full compensation despite saying they would .. not worth using them sadly !! Despite having been a regular customer

Excellent service friendly staff

We have been using this service at Stansted airport for the past few years and can’t fault them. The drivers are all lovely and the service is very efficient and makes parking less stressful.
