Waiting an hour for our car in the cold!
I will never use these again! Took 10 mins for them to answer our call on return to Gatwick. Told the car would be with us 15 mins. LIE! We called again and were told cars were stuck in traffic due to motorway protesters. LIE! The M25 is at least 10 miles away and Google maps showed no major traffic problems anywhere near Gatwick. Poor service and lies.

The customer service is shocking! I think if you know what you’re booking is correct and accurate you may be okay but god forbid there be an issue with it and you need to contact customer services - because they are awful and rude!!

Please avoid this company at all costs!! We booked via APH who we have used for years and never had a problem. As we were travelling to Stansted early in the morning and my husband has a bad ankle we decided to use the meet and greet service. Tbh unaware it was another company from APH. On arrival we called and a young man met us to collect our car, gave us a card with a number to call and said just ring the number when you are at baggage reclaim and the car with be ready for you when you come out. All seemed fine. On our return we tried the number given and it was telling us it was unavailable (I see reviews in March saying the same thing). Tried several different numbers and finally decided to call the APH direct number. At first they weren’t sure what to do themselves and the first time calling we got disconnected. Eventually APH put us through to Gatwick who were able to get our car delivered. The whole experience nearly took us an hour when if we had paid less and got the bus service could’ve been well on our way by then. The gentleman who delivered the car was very elderly and his hands kept shaking so we were a bit concerned for his health and tbh our car. There were also an elderly couple in the same position as us getting as distressed as we were. I emailed the firm with the email the driver gave me and this was their reply….

“Thank you for your email. There was a problem with our phone lines this afternoon. That said you gave us a landing time of 14:30 and you call came in at 14:55 only 25 minutes after we expected you to land. I am not sure why you are alleging our service was so bad other than the few minutes extra it took for you to get through and your car was delivered within a few minutes of that call. Not appalling as stated”

Not very nice to receive a very rude and misinformed email as a reply to my email asking for an explanation. As we had in fact not waited a few minutes for our car but nearly an hour. All the time wondering where our car was and whether we would get it back again.

They offered 25% discount no apology and then I didn’t hear back from them by email or receive a discount as stated. I emailed several times.

I have since called APH and the lady I spoke with, Lizzy was really polite and helpful who has since offered us money off our next use of APH and got us some of our money back. Still no reply from the “I love team” (the irony isn’t lost on me with the name) and no apology.

I will never be using this service again and strongly advise you do the same.

I have used them many times over the past 5 years or so. Rarely the cheapest but great customer service and very reliable

Yet again I Love Meet And Greet- Gatwick- have provided exceptional service. All staff be it those on the phone or the drivers are super friendly and professional and the service is second to none. My car was waiting for me today before we even got to the pick up point and had been cleaned too- thank you!I can’t recommend this company highly enough and have used them for many years now- always trouble free!

Have used many times in past - great reliable service - always prompt and take the hassle out of airport parking.

I had a problem of getting a fine from Gatwick parking by accidently but after contacting the Ilmag they sorted this huckup instantly!

I have used I love meet and greets park and meet service twice in the last 6 months . The staff on both occasions were friendly and welcoming and very efficient
The handover was smooth and easy as was the pick up at the terminal, where we waited less than 4 minutes for our car to be delivered.
I won't be using anyone else for my next trip from Gatwick and I'm recommending them to friends.

Due to some adverse reviews I was anxious leaving my car, but found I Love Meet&Greet to be excellent. Emails were answered promptly, the handover was easy, the guy took photos of my car (as had I), he explained clearly what to do on return, checked my flight, gave me a receipt. On return I rang as instructed and they were waiting for me as arranged. Friendly polite staff, excellent service, no ‘extra miles’ on my odometer. Would most definitely recommend based on my experience and would certainly use this firm again,.

The company has terrible customer service and no respect for their customers - they also over charge - do not use them.

I did not expect cheap parking - just fair market rate parking. On my previous parking I over paid - initially the staff said they would refund me and then they offered reduced their offer a 50% discount next time. Then when next time came the parking was offered at double to normal rate and a 50% discount to bring it back to the normal rate. As I put previously this company does not respect its customers.

Excellent service from start to finish, booked via bookfhr.com we had credit available from Covid cancelled trips and it was very easy to use. We arrived at the airport hotel early but it didn’t matter, and the chauffeur was very polite and courteous. Same service on our return. Perfect location staying at Sofitel Gatwick North Terminal too. Will definitely use this service again

Do not trust this company as they damaged my car and did all they can to cover it up, there customer services is shocking. Yes my bad I left without checking the car, but they hurried my off saying I would be fined if we stayed longer, so I only noticed the damage the next day. I asked for the before and after photos, they sent me lots, but no surprise the exact place of the damage wasn't photographed...so they say, or the photos deleted as why would you not take a picture of a rear corner bumper? So I couldn't prove the damage was done in their care. Awful dishonesty

Good service...arrived literally as we walked out of the terminal. Really clear and easy to follow instructions. Would use again.

Made a Trust pilot account just to praise this company. Called them as we left our hotel (10 Mins) they gave easy meet up instructions outside Gatwick airport and the hand over was quick and painless. On the way back collected baggage and went through customs again called them to notify. Soon as we got to the meet up pint outside our car was there still immaculate and again handover was easy. Why have i never used you before? Will 100% use again.

Me and my family went for short trip, and I'm so glad that i choose this company. I drop my car and after driver took us to airport. On return day we called and after 15min drive was near Stansted Airport, and took to parking place us. Everything was quick, easy.. highly recommended to everyone

got through baggage and tried to call number, said phone number couldnt connect. went outside and there were quite a few people in the same boat. eventually got through after 45 minutes....no explanation as to why it had happened and they didnt seem to care

So again we have used ILMG at North Terminal Gatwick.Service was excellent ,with spot on time keeping at the terminal and very helpful staff.Really can not fathom the wide variations in reviews . maybe its a Marmite thing !!!!

Used a couple times before and all was fine. So booked them for Heathrow - it was not clear that the car would in fact be ‘looked after’ by another company. I would have thought this other company would have been the same standard as I had previously had with I love meet and greet. Sadly this was not the case… my car was returned with HUGE chips and covered in dirt. I complained to both I love meet and greet and the other company - both replies were rude. Absolutely terrible customer service. I am so disappointed by I love meet and greet. I will never give this company my money again, and I urge you to look elsewhere. (In reply to their comment their attitude when I complained was terrible, not just that they refused to rectify the situation).
