I just want to take the opportunity and thank Rose Perotti from iGrow in taking us through our journey of buying our property, being patient in explaining all the steps, giving clarity where we needed it, she’s to passionate in what she’s doing, I will recommend her to anyone who wants to take the same journey. She’s accessible 24/7 and i mean it, i remember at some point I got frustrated and anxious with the process, woke up in the wee hours of the morning, sent her a text and she responded immediately. Again thank you so much for your help, it was much appreciated and keep up the good work. She’s knowledgeable about the industry, you made the process very smooth. She’s so professional and I will forever refer anyone who wants to buy a property.

Our experience was stress free, Rose Perotti got us a 100% approval, when it came back the interest was higher, she went back and negotiated a lower interest rate, and the bank agreed. She really is excellent and passionate with her work.

Mel was very helpful thx

Working with Rose was an absolute pleasure. She made the process of acquiring our first property smooth and stress-free, even while coordination a group with different schedules and response times. Her patience, flexibility and willingness to meet after hours truly stood out. She was knowledgeable, resourceful and always guided us with care. Whenever there was uncertainty, she found solutions and shared valuable insights that helped us grow on our property knowledge. We always felt at ease knowing she was handling everything professionally. Highly recommend for anyone starting their property journey.

Buying a property in SA while still in the UK can be a daunting thing. Rose from iGrow held our hand and advocated for us from day one. We could not have bought the house if it wasn’t for her tenacity and perseverance and great service. Thank you Rose, from a very grateful client in the UK…
