Quality of hamper delivered was terrible
Quality of hamper delivered was not good and it went missing in the hospital for 2 days as it was not taken to the Ward. The flowers were very sad by the time I received them and punnet strawberries was growing spores on it. The hamper included a whole lemon, lime, Pineapple, avocado and Mango(too ripe to eat). Don’t know how I could have eaten these items seeing I had not way of cutting anything up.
My friend paid extra for a vase for the flowers but what I received was a little squat Lolly jar.
My friends paid just under $300 for this and I am sad that they wasted their money on it.
The customer service has been non existent when we were trying to find the parcel and afterwards.

Very Happy :) I Ordered a Classic Fruit basket for my dad in Sydney for Fathers Day. Hes self isolating and has been very lonely recently, I got an email that it was delivered and called him thru FB- he hadnt checked downstairs - and when he went down I could hear excitement in his voice. He was opening the boxes and rustling the wrapping and then he put me onto video and I saw why he was so happy. The plant was beautiful in full bloom and the fruit was healthy and nicely wrapped. He was very impressed with the quality of the pop up card as well. He was positively beaming and smiling ( apologising for being unshaven but that was ok as it was a total surprise )

I purchased a plant for my daughter…
I purchased a plant for my daughter in-law. Her nana had died. Unfortunately there was a problem with the delivery. The courier could not find the address. I got in touch with Igift hampers via messages. The problem was all sorted. No extra charges. The plant arrived safely a few days later. I would purchase again from Igift hampers.

I have ordered a fruit basket and flowers to a work colleague who has been unwell and did not arrive until 8 days later. Obviously, flowers were wilting and fruits no longer fresh in fact some of them could not be eaten. I tried calling the number which is not attended and I have been communicating with customer service via email and kept asking for the photos which I sent many many times. 2.5 weeks past there is still no resolution and they would respond to my emails after 2-3 days asking again for the photos which I have already sent. Will never ever use this company again. FUTURE CUSTOMERS - DO NOT USE THEM to avoid getting disappointed.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ordered a fruit basket, flowers and chocolates etc to friend who lost her mum. They "forgot" to send the fruit basket!!! When tried communicating with them which is not easy as they take days to reply and you can't phone to speak to anyone. I asked them to send it asap. I then got a message to say that they don't send fruit baskets on Thursdays or Fridays. I requested a refund on Friday and the Monday, without contacting me said they would deliver the basket on the Wednesday, even after I said the recipient would no longer be at that address! I finally got a refund but they were so nasty about it. No accountability or care factor. DO NOT USE!
This was my response from them when after two weeks of chasing them: "Your a nasty person and started off the correspondence with a bad attitude. Good luck and we don't worry about your type Karma will sort you out."

Hamper delivered to wrong address on wrong date
I purchased a hamper for my mothers 80th birthday. I live in london so I wanted something to surprise her on her birthday as I couldn’t be there. I purchased a card and paid extra for select day delivery so that it could be delivered on her birthday. They then never contacted me about the message on the card or the delivery date so then delivered the day before her birthday and with a blank card!! To make matters worse they delivered to the wrong address and left it outside a neighbours house!! My mother has mobility issues and doesn’t know this neighbour or have their phone number so couldn’t get to the neighbour to check on where it was. After contacting them several times their only response was to say my mother had to get to the neighbour to find it. Three days later this is still their response. The hamper was flowed/ballooons/fruit!! They admitted they delivered to the wrong address but were unwilling to do anything about it. Absolutely horrific customer service. Do not order from them under any circumstance!
I ordered a small fruit basket with a teddy bear
I ordered a small fruit basket with a teddy bear as a get well gift for my daughter who is recovering from surgery. When she received it i asked her to send me a photo and i was beyond dissapointed. Nothing at all like the picture on the website. A few bits of fruit and the bear just plonked on top of it in a small basket. At $79.95 for the basket and $15 00 delivery i felt it was way too much for what it was. I wish i bought flowers instead.

Good before, but V disappointing this time
I'd used them a couple of years before to send my sister a fruit and chocolate hamper which she loved so I felt confident using them again.
However, we've been very disappointed this time. I ordered a luxury fruit, chocolate and flower hamper in plenty of time for my sister's birthday and specified the date. It wasn't obvious and I didn't realise that even though Id given over 2 weeks notice that you were supposed to pay for express delivery to be able to specify the date. I was able to contact them and they've said they'll make it more obvious in future.
Regarding the hamper, my sister has requested that I don't use this company again as a lot of the fruit was on the verge of going off and the flowers were silk! I'd presumed they were real. My bad for not reading in detail I guess, but v disappointed, not the present I intended at all and expensive.

I made several attempts to make changes to my order and have become so fed up with the lack of service & communication that I asked for a refund, that didn't get me anywhere. My review is based on my shopping experience with igift and its fact, this is not a fake review. Your only method of communication is by a message box, as soon as you type the text and try to submit there's an error with their internet! Of course there's no other method to communicate any changes to your order or request for a refund. It's a brilliant way to run their business!!!

Under delivered on paid express post delivery time
I paid $30 for express delivery (1-2 business days) and it took 6 business days (ordered Thurs 26/11, delivered late Friday 3/12). Used delays as an excuse. If that's the case, they shouldn't be offering OR CHARGING $30 for express post. My first contact from them, simply said, "what is your order number". No hi, thanks, nothing. My experience went from bad to worse. Will never use again and will deter anyone else from wasting their hard earned money.
I have read iGifts response and this is not a fake review. IGift refunded me $17.03 which is the difference between standard and express shipping. 100% this is a genuine review

Insulting customer service
My mother ordered me an IGift after I had surgery. Once I was feeling brighter, 2 days later, I opened the bottle of champagne included in the gift - it was flat and that was disappointing. What was more disappointing was the customer service team when given this feedback. They were defensive, rude, not understanding and insinuated that I was lying about the flat champagne. Very disrespectful and I will never use IGift

Disappointed with customer service. The champagne included in the gift box was flat. The recipient (my daughter) couldn’t drink it. When I asked for support as a follow up - the tone and insinuation from iGift was less than helpful. The suggestion was for my unwell daughter to contact the champagne producer and take it up with them. Won’t be using this company any more and certainly won’t be recommending them.
Customer Happiness support = no support
Poor customer service , rotten box of fruit left in sun over front gate 4 days after first attempt to deliver - they could have left it then with no problem …photos available along with the most offensive trail Customer Happiness support obfuscation. They refuse to engage over the telephone as they are “a Covid safe business” - their phone is not even answered. My recommendation- product and service are both pathetic.

Terrible customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service. I ordered a sympathy hamper to be express delivered (1-2) days and it arrived 6 days after ordering. The flowers were 'pathetic' by the time they arrived as the delivery took days. The wine was the incorrect brand. And they keep saying the issue is resolved as the order was delivered. Not what you would expect when you spend $160.
Edit: their response to this review is to get in contact with their customer service team. They don't respond once they think they don't have to. They demand photographic evidence for flowers that they know took 5 days to arrive. They literally wanted me to bother a bereaved person to take photos of bad flowers even when they took - and they confirm this - 5 days to arrive by courier. Use logic and a bit of sympathy, you horrendous people.

Item replaced.
Due to delivery delays by the couriers some of the items of fruit had deteriorated. Once igift hampers were advised of this they sent a replacement fruit basket with extra gifts. It was greatly appreciated.

My partner who lives in Adelaide ordered me a Fruit & Chocolate hamper, now it really is always the thought that counts but this company is a disgrace on many levels.
1. the hamper was half open, fruit was squashed, no card (which was the most important) and chocolate boxes were open and squashed.
2. We expressed our concern only to be met by the a manager or owner to say that she doesn't believe it wasn't there and asked if we checked properly. She then did not accept the option to refund but instead said she would replace the hamper and ensure the card was in there.
3. New hamper came which was small and a downgrade, not the same hamper and again you guessed it...... NO CARD!!! We then wrote to them almost in disbelief that it was not a replacement and there was still no card...... wait it gets better!
4.They wrote a nasty email saying that my partner needs a new boyfriend because i am ungrateful and life doesn't work this way. Well let me tell you something your horrible squashed overpriced hampers absolutely resemble the type of person and company you are! this was a condolence hamper and in a time of grief we are having to deal with horrible attitudes and people who accuse us of lying... I will also be posting on other platforms and sharing the email response from this company.

I never said i didn't want chocolate and fruit and i never started eating it, my partner was present during the whole conversation. The goods were all damaged, chocolates were open and boxes were squashed with no card..... Tragic for $160.
You guys were so apologetic and said how the card is so important and you will send a replacement hamper with the card to which we agreed and said thank-you.
What arrived was squashed flowers and a small fruit bowl........ STILL NO CARD!!!!!
If you're such an honest company why don't you share the call recording so everyone can witness your lies.
The hamper was for the passing of a family member i couldn't give a hoot what the hamper was i was disappointed in the state it arrived in and the fact there was no card.
We are eagerly awaiting more lies.......

Waste of time and money
***response to igift on 9 Dec 2022 --> this review is NOT fake. While you have provided a refund, I did not appreciate your attacking email back in September, it was not warranted and appalling. I stand by my review and hope it is a warning to others***
Don't waste your time or money with this company.
I ordered a fruit and flower combo basket last week for a friend who just had major heart surgery and was in hospital for an extended time.
I paid the $19 express delivery to expedite the order, only to be sent a message the next day saying there were delays with the hospital courier and could I provide a residential address instead(!)
I have tried to cancel the order but no one is answering the phone number or responding to my online messages.
Very dissapointing experience and the lack of service and customer care is appalling.
