I received some gifted iPantry products and was really impressed with the quality and the smooth delivery. The sandwiches and muffins were fresh, tasty and perfect for quick lunches and snacks. So convenient having everything delivered and ready to enjoy. Highly recommend for anyone wanting fresh, hassle-free food options.

Everything is insanely delicious, so you could easily gain weight.

The first time I ordered from here they completely forgot one of the items, I emailed and they refunded me which was fine. I decided to order again and this time the brownie cookies arrived full of mould!!! And all the macaroons were stale. Just disgusting, they obviously do not check the food they send out or care about expiry dates. Will never order from here again

Horrible horrible!! I wish I can give them 0 stars! They send items that with short expiry date and don't allow for a refund! They market themselves as iPantry, so you would assume that you can buy goods from them that can be stocked in your pantry, but no they send items with short expiry date.. You are better off buying from coles or woolworths with a better price and also charge the same amount of delivery, at least they are more reliable if they send you goods that will actually last the shelf life in your pantry.

They are not usable for any pantry stocking, they have an odd refund policy and SHORT LIFESPAN OF SHELF LIFE

Ridiculously disappointing. I ordered and purchased a birthday cake, very obviously for a celebration, albeit I stipulated a 12pm to 6pm delivery time frame it arrived at 10am and I was forced to reschedule my day to ensure it did not sit in the heat for 2hrs. To make matters worse, when it arrived it was damaged - and when I contacted the business to inform them of how disappointed I was and sent them a photo of the damaged cake they replied with a dismissive ‘thanks for your feedback’ and zero care or attempt to remedy the situation!

Failed to deliver because the driver put zero effort into finding our apartment. Customer service then said they couldn't deliver until the next day. Rubbish service, wouldn't use again.

Not only were my products easy to order, when delivered the driver was so helpful and friendly.

So easy and efficient- never any delivery issues

I've been ordering from iPantry for several years now and they very rarely disappoint ...and if that unbelievable does happen they are very speedy in correcting the problem. I can't recommend them highly enough, they are great people selling great products.

Very impressed with everything about ipantry! Easy ordering, fast delivery (one hour window on the day) product packed well and in perfect condition. I will never buy cherries from a supermarket again. They are huge and taste so much better!! The muffins were as fresh as if they’d just been made! Peaches so tasty! I haven’t tried the koko black chocolates because they’re a gift but prices are competitive with buying in store. I can’t recommend this company enough. ♥️
