I had a problem with my DAC and so I decided to open a ticket. The response was really quick and very helpful. I'm really happy with how they handled the problem. All in all I'm really satisfied.

Took me some time to find ifI's control panel and install the drivers for the GTO filter 5.3c and more time before the PCM green turned into the hi coloured yellow which now stays on up to 32bit x 384khz music . So yess , I finally got it and yess , It's right on the dot how I wanted it !

After using and being happy with it for five and a half years my micro-dsd would refuse to use power mode. I contacted the service and in the beginning I was pretty skeptical about the "strange" suggestions they made. But I found out that the strangest of the them was the right one. Running down the battery - I had to do this twice - brought success. Since it´s been running on power mode again. So the service has obviously sufficient experience with potential malfunctions of ifi devices.

Great customer service experience! My questions were answered in the time frame promised and problem was resolved. Thank you!

Poor at best told me different stories lied to me more than once slow responce I ask to speak to a manager that never happened when I wanted to complain about my poor service. Then your service department made it seem like they were doing me the favor fort their poor service please read the multiple emails

Bonjour j'ai acheter un bloc d'alimentation Powerstation Ifi audio chez Son-video.com, je la reçoit rapidement .Un ami m'avait prêté la sienne et la que du bonheur ce qui m'a décidé à m'en acheter une malgré le prix élevé .Et la grosse déception le son n'est pas aussi satisfaisant qu'avec le même produit prêter par mon ami, perte dans les basse et bas médium je suis vraiment déçu comment sur un même peut il y avoir une telle différence......... ?
Je pense que c'est inacceptable pour ce type de produits . Ces blocs d'alimentation ifi-audio powerstation ne sont ils pas calibrer ou contrôler ....... ? Je précise le câblage d'alimentation et de modulation était le même pour les deux blocs Powerstation ifi-audio. Alors bonne chance ..........!

Hello, I bought a Powerstation Ifi audio power supply unit at Son-video.com, I received it quickly. A friend had lent me his and that of happiness which decided me to buy me one despite the high price. And the big disappointment the sound is not as satisfactory as with the same product loaned by my friend, loss in the bass and low mids I am really disappointed how on the same one can there be such a difference .........?
I think this is unacceptable for this type of product. Aren't these powerstation ifi-audio power supplies calibrating or controlling .......? I specify the power and modulation wiring was the same for the two ifi-audio Powerstation blocks. Well, good luck ..........!

What happened - My zencan makes a pop sound when using a dac while switch on 3d audio
How long did they take to reply- 1and half days and then every 24 hours we talked about how and what was happening
Did they solve the problem- well its not a problem to begin with , i happens with nearly all Zencan with amp/dac combo , had confirmed with 3 guys .. So we agreed to close the support and they also agreed to check upon it more

The problem was that the TIDAL Master (MQA) kept dropping out on my laptop. They were never able to fix the problem. I discovered that in Windows 10 there is an audio control panel which sets the ASIO buffer size and the USB Streaming mode. It took several months to find this on my own. I would really have liked it if your support had told me to change this first up. As it happens even with the maximum buffer size it still hiccups and I have to drag the playback thumb in the TIDAL gui back to restart the stream. You should really make a super-jumbo buffer (or buffer the whole song?)

I got a quick reply for my post. But can't post a reply to the reply I received and can't continue the msg thread. I'm getting the 403 error.

Works great! No trouble connecting and has a good range. At first the blinking blue stand-by led was a bit annoying, but later I got used to it, and now I find it looks quite nice along side my Marantz system which also has blue lights.

Actual humans to talk to!

My questions on setup have been answered promptly and helpfully. No complaints and nice to be able to rely on support for a change.

I provided relevant information to try to ascertain the build date of my iDSD Black Label to try to understand the (in my view poor) battery performance. Your reply "it is not possible to trace the build date".
That implies no control over your production processes!

Problem solved

I only have positive experience with iFi Audio. A couple of questions to support were quickly answered, and updating the firmware on the iDSD Nano was easy. Adding MQA support well after buying the product was an unexpected upgrade. Recently, I bought the Zen DAC Signature, and it was an amazing upgrade for short money. Brought my desktop system to life big time.
