Quick, concise and personal

Easy to order, used website to get more details and that was informative along with other reviews. The Zen DAC arrived swiftly, was easy to set up and made a big difference to my listening experience. The amp is beautifully made and really easy to use. This amp is outstanding value for money and I plan to team it with the Zen Blue soon.

Great product. Sound is great and easy to setup. I would like to be able to control the volume of the voice that tells you your device is now connected - FAR TOO LOUD

Fantastic addition to our integrated sound system at home. The Zen Blue was purchased locally from The Sound Gallery in High Wycombe and the support and advice given over the telephone was wonderful and very clear. Thank you so much for your help.

I'm giving a 2 stars review because the initial support was terrible, simply terrible. I had to point that out before someone paid more attention to my need for help and from there on, the support started to improve.

At the end of the support, yes my original issue was finally resolved and leading from that issue plus resolution, another issue surfaced and got quickly "resolved" although not to my satisfaction. Basically iFi removed the support for coxial output after adding MQA support in the newer firmware, which is ridiculous.

New functionality should not be added at the expense of removing existing functionality. iFi is just crippling a product and forcing your customer to get new products where the exact requirement of MQA and coxial output is available.

The inclusion of ifi zen can has radically changed listening to music. I'm rediscovering all the CDs in the collection, in each I discover new sounds that were previously hidden. basically I have a completely new internal collection.

When I complained about the lack of a set up guide iFi referred me to their guide - which is more of a summary of what the iFi micro can do than a guide to how to do it. They also referred me to a third party youtube video which was helpful. Not once did they ask what trouble was I having and what specifically could they do to help. iFi gets one star from me for their superior device and one star for actually responding to my frustration. Zero for any interest in offering a legitimate set up guide and zero for implementing a process to actually help me.

I got advice which immediately put me to work. ;-)
Needed to ground my livingroom power socket for solving the issue.
And it did.
I also purchased a big PowerQuest 3 surge protection from AudioQuest to solve matters once and for all for my delicate audio, computer and TV stuff.

Contacted support on a couple of occasions. Once to get information about the driver to use for Windows 10. I downloaded and installed the driver and everything worked well. I'm using the IFI Zen DAC to listen to Tidal HI FI (MQA). I contacted support a second time to obtain some suggestions to connect my Presonus monitors to the Zen DAC (balanced) and I also got useful recommendations. All in all happy, with support and the product.

Bought this to allow quick and easy Bluetooth streaming to Arcam Solo mini. Wanted to avoid using the wi-fi network for simplicity. The Zen Blue is perfect, working seamlessly, staying connected for a good long time and producing really great sound quality. It even reconnects my iPhone when I return to the house having used Apple CarPlay. This is a brilliant product, highly recommended.

I purchased this for an older integrated amp that did not have Bluetooth. After reading all the reviews I settled on the iFi Zen Blue. I have tried the Coax, Optical and the RCA outputs. For me I like the internal DAC better than the older DAC in my integrated. I am using a Music Hall Maven integrated receiver. I find the Zen Blue is as close to CD quality as I have heard. I stream from Hi-res sites using FLAC. In my opinion the Zen Blue it is excellent for this purpose.
I found the optical to be too bright and the Coax too dull. The internal DAC was just right. For the money I highly suggest the Zen Blue to add a Bluetooth receiver too older audio equipment.

They were prompt to respond and directly answered my questions Good service, no complaints.

This company is superb in every way and their products are fantastic. I own the iMicro 3.0, the iGalvanic, the iTube 2.0, the dual-headed Gemini cable, the Powerstation and the iPurifier 3.0.

I thoroughly recommendable of iFi Audio's products. They make my hifi sound wonderful. If I turn off the source and turn up the amp's volume and put my head up to the speakers, there is silence. No buzz or hiss of any kind.

Buy their products, you will not be disappointed.

after just 2 years it starts not to work, sent to the customer care I paid 70 pound to fix it, the mainboard was burned, impossible!!!!

I bought the iFi Audio ZEN Blue Wireless Bluetooth DAC about three months ago and am delighted with it. Having bought iFi products before, I knew this would be a well made high-quality item. Sure, it's more expensive than alternatives but they say you get what you pay for and this is no exception.

The unit always works perfectly and connects to my iPhone instantly. The sound quality is excellent, far better than I had expected. I have a high-end Naim hi-fi system and the iFi performs exceptionally well.

If you need a way of getting the sound from your iPhone, or some other bluetooth device to your Hi-Fi then this is the perfect solution.
