ordered shoes, size table says EU36/UK3, EU36.5/UK3 and EU37/UK4. Ordered EU37 and received EU36.5/UK4, which is too small. no mistake by the shop! I ve to pay EUR 27 for return! We ll see if we get any refund at all...

I have been a customer for nearly 15 years now, never was let down by IDS. It simply is a company you really can rely on. Orders arrive quickly, communication is impeccable, items of a consistent quality. In the rarest occasions something may be not so perfect, their customer service will go the extra mile to amend any errors and surpass expectations.

Always easy to use the IDS website. Makes choosing costumes easy.

je note 4 etoiles parce que je commande depuis de nombreuses années sans jamais aucun problèmes sauf ma dernière commande d un montant élevé débité sur mon compte il y 10 jours et depuis standard télephonique fermé sans explications aucune réponse aux mails aucune trace de ma commande je suis trés inquiète. J éspère vous dire trés prochainement que tout va bien .

Les collaborateurs d'IDS m'ont beaucoup aidé comme nouvelle utilisatrice. Ils m'ont proposé un pourcentage très avantageux en tant que directrice d'école de danse. Ils m'ont très clairement et rapidement renseigné. Je recommande vivement ce magasin.

2 items out of 5 not available. No response to 3 emails across a 4 day period. Still awaiting any confirmation of requested refund. Of the 3 items that did arrive - over 6 inches disparity between the same size garments in same fabric. Anyone would think we're aiming to fit elephant feet into one costume not a size 10-12 human lady.

I worked as Spanish customer service advisor for this company a few years ago. Although it was a short experience, it was excellent. It is one of the best experiences in my life.

The atmosphere inside the office is positive. As a result; it made me feel relaxed, comfortable and happy. My former supervisor and colleagues are hard-working, kind, humble and friendly. It was a pleasure to work with them. The thing I like the most about the office is the fact that it is a multilingual place since customer service advisors come from different nations. Although I am fluent in foreign languages, I was not able to do this job as I am not capable of selling products. A former colleague of mine told me that a person must have talent for selling in order to work as customer service advisor. I had applied for this role in order to put my knowledge of foreign languages into practice. If it had been a translation job, I would have succeeded.

Since I was not capable of selling, I was transferred to warehouse. The warehouse employees are also as hard-working, kind, humble and friendly as the ones of sales department. They also made me feel relaxed, comfortable and happy. The location is excellent as it is opposite the train station and near the city center. The town is nice and pleasant. It motivated me to apply for the position of Spanish customer service advisor in the first place. Although I was unsuccessful, I do not regret applying for a job in this company.

Je vois qu'il n'y a aucun avis récent. Expérience désastreuse avec le SAV. Impossible à joindre durant les vacances !!. Aucune volonté de comprendre notre problème. Aucune remise en question. Aucun geste commercial. Je ne recommande pas.

Customer service is great. The order process simple. I just find your lack of range and often sizes pretty exasperating and wonder why you have such a restricted choice since you took over the company? I’d be interested to know as have used IDS for years but it’s much harder to costume a show with you now.
