Numéro EORI obtenu auprés de la douane .Livraison FEDEX en 5 jours.Service client au téléphone trés professionnel et réactif . Costumes trés beaux et surtout disponibles du XS enfant au XXL adulte ce qui est utile sur des groupes élémentaire de 10 12 ans où certaines menues préburères portent encore de l' enfant et d'autres déjà grandes et formées portent de l'adulte.

This is a website which works…
This is a website which works practically for me. I can search for my past orders. Search bar works too. The only complaint I have is having to pay VAT for bigger sizes. This VAT doesn’t always come up clearly. Moreover children are bigger sizes these days. VAT is meant for adults but these children are not adults because they wear bigger sizes.

Thank you for the review and your positive comments about the website. I am sorry about the VAT but this is something imposed by the Government and is entirely out of our control. We have no say over when VAT starts to be charged although we fully appreciate that children are getting bigger.
High quality costumes at very good prices
Very high quality costumes at very good price. Costume bags with are so useful. First costume order had to be cancelled as was told it would arrive in 2 months, a month after our competition, however second costume choice instead was fab next day delivery! Make sure to check shipping dates by phoning before ordering, and they can tell you which ones they already have in the Uk.

Dismal, full of errors and lack of professionalism
It has been an extremely disappointing an frustrating 2 months with this very primitive online shop. Their welcome discount codes didn't work and we ended up having to order manually via sending an excel list of items via email as they requested. We followed the prices listed on the website, only to get a confirmation of our order with some items with marked up prices. Asked why, and customer service gave a customary answer "items on website exclude vat". That could have fooled me, EXCEPT, why were only some items marked up? So I had to ask again, and then they came back with, "oh those were with promotional prices, but the promotion is over". Oh?? But as they sent that reply, I checked the website and the promo price was still there, so how can they simply charge me a higher price? If I could order online, I wouldn't be dealt with a higher price....and they can simply increase the price to whatever value and I would have to accept, without knowing what the real selling price is at that point in time? Very professional indeed.
And after receiving my order, I realised that they have sent the wrong goods. My item number was listed correctly in my excel list. And back to the very root of the problem...if I could place my order online, this wouldn't have happened. Waiting to see how the return/exchange process is going to look like and how much more frustration and disappointment we have to deal with.
On the bright side, this will be the very last time we will order from them.
