No improvement… waste of money
My Mum and I both bought the product and did the full set whitening programme with the whitening kit alongside the toothpaste and powder for a full month and saw no improvements.
I then tried the strips which show an improvement after 1 use but teeth revert back to normal colour the following day… tried this 28 strips for full treatment and teeth reverted back and saw no improvements.
My Mum also had the same experience…. Disappointing and waste of money

Not received order
Ordered on the 27th September. It's now 6th October. Not received my order.
Tried to get in touch twice through contact us and haven't had a single response. Had plenty emails to say order confirmed and it appears on the shop app. Cannot manage order either when it goes to Shopify saying I don't have permission to view it for that email and shop linked account. Ridiculous. I do like the products tho. Will update when sorted if it ever does. Spent over £70 too.

Poor customer service
I waited in all week for my delivery finally came and the powder was missing. Contacted customer services no answer so what was supposed to be an exciting purchase has just become non stop issues. Shame as I was very excited about my purchase
