Great!
Great communication and customer service from this company. I received my items promptly. Lovely packaging and great branding. I bought the regular toothpaste and the powdered one. They leave your mouth fresh and your teeth feel clean, smooth and polished. I have yet to see any difference in the shade of my teeth as I've only been using the products a few days. I intend to get my teeth whitened at the dentist soon anyway and I am hoping this product will sustain the results for longer. Overall I am very pleased. Also, look out for some great offers on their products.

No improvement… waste of money
My Mum and I both bought the product and did the full set whitening programme with the whitening kit alongside the toothpaste and powder for a full month and saw no improvements.
I then tried the strips which show an improvement after 1 use but teeth revert back to normal colour the following day… tried this 28 strips for full treatment and teeth reverted back and saw no improvements.
My Mum also had the same experience…. Disappointing and waste of money

Odpowiedź od Icybeardental
Hi Laura,
We’re very sorry to hear that both you and your mum were disappointed with the results after putting so much time into the whitening programme. Completing the full treatment for a month, alongside the toothpaste and powder, only to see no lasting improvement would understandably be frustrating.
We’re also sorry that the strips only appeared to make a difference temporarily before your teeth returned to their previous colour. We appreciate you taking the time to explain everything you tried, as this gives us a much clearer understanding of your experience.
We’d really like the opportunity to look into this further for you and your mum. Please contact us at enquiries@icybeardental.com with your order details so our team can review your experience and see how we can assist.

Hi Yvonne,
We’re sorry to hear that your new customer 10% discount wasn’t applied to your order. We understand how disappointing it is when you’ve placed your first order expecting the promotional offer to be included.
Please contact us at enquiries@icybeardental.com with your order details and, if possible, the discount code you were expecting to use. Our team can check the order and look into what happened.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Yvonne, and we hope we can help resolve this for you.
