Poor customer service
I waited in all week for my delivery finally came and the powder was missing. Contacted customer services no answer so what was supposed to be an exciting purchase has just become non stop issues. Shame as I was very excited about my purchase

Terrible service
Terrible service. I ordered a £59.99 gift set intended as a birthday present. Delivery date passed and no correspondence, I had to keep chasing and just kept getting a response saying it should be dispatched later that week. After a month of getting the same response I cancelled the order, now I have to wait 10-15 working days for the refund!

Ordered 8 days ago for next day delivery which I’m still waiting for. Although this is probably due to Evri rather than icy bear it’s unacceptable. I have no idea what is happening with my order despite contacting Icy bear directly I haven’t heard anything back.
