Your postage is horrendous
Your postage is horrendous, your toothpaste dispenser doesn’t work no matter what you do , so people don’t waste your money, but I do think the toothbrush heads are good , please sort out your toothpaste.

Hi Jayne,
We’re sorry to hear about the frustration with the delivery cost and that you’ve been unable to get your toothpaste dispenser working despite trying different methods. We understand how disappointing this is when you’re looking forward to using the product.
We appreciate you highlighting the toothbrush heads as a positive, and your feedback about the dispenser is important to us. Please contact us at enquiries@icybeardental.com with your order details and, if possible, a photo of the toothpaste pump and its batch number, so our team can look into this further.
