Items ordered but not arrived
Items ordered but not arrived. No updates or tracking available on website or the shop app. Unlike others I have had responses from Dave at their customer services but just been fobbed off with holding emails saying there is a delay but no timeframe given as to when the order will even be dispatched or likely to be delivered. Should have known better when I saw the add on instagram that this was another scam company who takes your money but does not send the order. Unless a proper order update is provided I will be reporting this fraud to my bank to get a refund via the chargeback process

Icy Bear products have changed my life
Icy Bear products have changed my life. Prior to using them I had very badly stained teeth. I drink a lot of coffee and I am a smoker. I would every toothpaste that promised whitening from the grocery stores some more expensive than others, without any change to my teeth.
Then I discovered Icy Bear. Dr Hanna was explaining how her products worked and that their was an offer going. I purchased that offer and two days later my products arrived. I read the leaflet and followed the instructions. Immediately I noticed a difference. My mommy was at my house and she Immediately noticed a difference. I gave mommy a spare toothbrush and she tried the products and her 82 years old looked amazing. An immediate stain removal and her teeth were looking whiter than I'd ever seen them. So I purchased mommy and my brother the same product set I had purchased. We are all loving ❤️ IcyBear products as in all our years of life this is the best toothpaste products we have all ever used.
I went to my dentist 3 weeks ago for a check up. He was amazed how well my gums had improved, my teeth sensitivity was no their, the staining had been removed etc, etc, etc. Dr Raj said kept up the good work. Woo hoo. When my own dentist is impressed that's something.
