Bad experience
I didn’t confirm subscription and you have automatically put me on subscription. I still haven’t received the goods I ordered at the beginning of the month.

Odpowiedź od Icybeardental
Hi Laura,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience, especially with the concerns around your subscription and the delay in receiving your order. We understand how worrying it is to see a subscription you don’t believe you agreed to, while your original goods are still outstanding.
We’d like the opportunity to look into both issues and clarify what has happened. Please contact us at enquiries@icybeardental.com with your order details so our team can investigate and help resolve your concerns.
We apologise for the frustration this has caused.
