Very disappointing – poor quality and terrible customer service

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The dress looks nothing like the photos on the website — the colour is completely different and the quality looks cheap and nothing like what was advertised.

I contacted the company to request a return and full refund, but despite following up several times, I have still received no response. They initially offered me only a 10% refund or 50% store credit, neither of which I wanted.

I simply want to return an item that is not as advertised and receive my refund, but the lack of communication has been extremely frustrating.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Very disappointing product and very poor customer service.

Absolute fraudulent company operating in the U.K.!!

Do not buy - items arrive after a long time and are NOT like the images online. Super cheap material and rubbish quality. Return address in China so cost not worth it - which hey rely on!
U.K. government should stop fraudulent advertising businesses from overseas!

I did check the returns address etc before I placed my order, but when It came the material was cheap and I highly doubt I could stand next to an open flame and survive!
Spoke to Christian on multiple occasions and basically I can’t send to the address on their website, it has to be sent to china at my expense!
I was offered partial refund of 10%, then store credit!! Absolute joke!
Please, please be careful when buying off them, although I suggest you stay clear!

Its a drop shipping scam operation. Basically the same clothes items available on AliExpress or AliBaba, but with a 20-30% markup fee which goes straight into the pocket of the A$#hole Christian who sits nicely in his home and enjoys without any effort. The items come straight from China, and go straight back to China. The website and logo are designed to mimic the more famous Iconic fashion website that is more well known in Australia

The website makes much of being a Netherlands company and notes the UK warehouse address. They only have one star as its not possible to not give one.
I had ordered a white jacket which once tracking was received showed it as coming from China. Communication (various!) was ignored until the item was delivered and a minute later there was an email . The parcel was very small for a jacket . On opening the parcel it was apparent that the jacket was absolutely nothing like the jacket shown on the website. off white, thin fabric, badly made , a button that was and nothing like the style shown on the website and very creased. . I shall not bore you with the ridiculous email correspondence but despite the T&Cs saying that if a garment didn't match the item ordered then a return would be free. Suffice to say i cannot return it to the UK warehouse 'as it came from China' and that's down to me. There were various offers (which altered daily) of % off a future purchase (unlikely) or a part refund and keep the jacket weren't acceptable . The jacket is so bad that it couldn't even be given away. AVOID!!!! (this is a very short version)
