Arrived on time. Great product. Love the colour bigger than others.
All the other reviews seem harsh

Had to wait a little time before order arrived but was kept informed at all stages excellent value for money

It’s a cheap ice tub and because of this it’s likely to be a less than perfect experience. It’s not particularly well insulated and the lid is poor - thin and reflective rather than insulating. As a result the temperature rises pretty quickly and you go through ice like there’s no tomorrow. That said it’s big enough for me to use comfortably (I’m 185cm) and it doesn’t take too long to drain down, clean up and refill.

Ultimately you will want a better quality tub but this is a good place to start and perfectly affordable for pretty much everyone.

The delivery was a little slow but I was kept updated and I also wasn't in any great rush so all good.
The tub was well packaged. No issues with the quality, the tub is well made and is easy to fill and empty as needed. The cover fits over the top well and is held in place tightly by elastic.
Had no issues whatsoever and very happy with it, would happily recommend.

Great product!
The tub gets used on a daily basis and withstands the constant use with NO signs of any faults. Keeps the water at a good temperature for a few days due to its quality material.
Highly recommend ICE TUB for anyone that is sitting on the fence.

I love my ice tub . The quality is impressive, very strong.
I use it every day and recently ordered another one . I have a 7 year old autistic daughter and she loves it too . There is something about the pressure of the water in the ice tub that really calms her down and she gets her sensory needs from the ice tub . I know that it wasn't designed for sensory needs but it really helps her . We both love it

Standard Product, Delivery Fees 28 € for Shipping from UK to Europe, its a solid Product, but not that special. No Problems with leaks or damages. To keep the Water cool without constantly adding Ice/Ice Packs daily in Spring/Summer I highly recommend to upgrade with an WaterChiller/Pump.

No problem, works at it should

I had great communication throughout the whole process, even got a discount. The tub is great quality and arrived really quick. Easy to set up with paper and interactive guides and instructions that added that extra touch. There are so many of these on the market and my friend has one by a different company that he paid more for and apart from logos and colour there ain’t no difference! So yea I got a bargain!

Version 3 of the tub is fantastic, aesthetically good, decent enough made, cannot complain with shipping time, pump wasn't the best but 2secs blew the top lip up just by mouth, holds temp well even with 25deg heat for the last few weeks

Took a while to arrive, however I was kept up to date.
Very good tub, easy to put together and stays cool, even in the warmer weeks. Decent construction and I’m happy to recommend Ice Tub to others. I’m still waiting for my thermometer to arrive, but I’m confident it will!

Arrived damaged. Emailed about the issue on three separate occasion asking for a response, nothing.
Avoid. Buy from another company.

Customer service shocking. Had a problem with the lid and was promised a replacement. After weeks and weeks of promises was told they were no longer going to replace my lid and started ignoring my emails.
DO NOT USE!

I don't usually leave bad reviews but this is the worst customer experience I have had

Waited ages for it to arrive was advertised as coming with free blow lid to extra seal it but was given thin canvas sheet that comes off with slightest breeze and allows it to fill with Debris then was told over and over again they would send one when in stock been waiting well over 4 months HA what a joke .

I am all for supporting start up businesses but I feel this is not about the mentality of a start up business, but a business that is flogging an outrageously poorly made & cheap product, and claiming specifications that I personally believe are not true. This is my opinion and I will explain why.

The delivery is delayed after purchase however, Ice Tub do make it explicitly clear in their communication so if anyone is complaining about delays, I can only assume they have not read the email or, they were not appropriately advised.

After 2 months, the ice tub arrived.

Red Flags were highlighted right at this point. An A4 flyer is provided in the package with instructions on how to erect the tub with a QR code to scan for a YouTube video. When you scan the code, the video has been taken down for copywriter reasons.

To attach the tap to the ice tub, you are provided with a screw on tap and 2 Rubber O Ring washers. The average joe who is not familiar with washers will have no clue on how to fit these or even understand their purpose. The manual instructions do not even mention them and this will be a key reason for leaks if they are not fitted correctly or in the right location. The instructions need an overhaul and a step by step guide for customers.

After erecting the ice tub, I filled it with water and ice and it was good to go. After about 9 plunges at 6am for 3 minutes, a split emerged right up the side of the tub from the bottom. I emailed customer service and they said they will issue a refund if I return the tub however, I have to cover packaging and delivery costs. Not great but fair enough, what can you do.

The claim of sub zero technology, in my opinion, is complete and utter false. Because the ice tub tipped, you can see the layers in terms of how the tub is made. It’s cheap plastic, polystyrene and more cheap plastic.

I can categorically say that your water will not stay cool, if there is any form of sun on your tub, you have a Luke warm bath.

After a few hours of the water sitting in the tub, the water develops a potent plastic smell. I can only assume the plastic is not skin safe and there could be a serious risk to human health here. After using the bath on the second day, I could not get the smell of cheap plastic off my skin. I can only describe it as the smell of rubber rings/inflatables that you by from a swimming pool but stronger.

Finally, i have no idea how anyone over 6ft can submerge in this tub unless they pull their legs over their heads and go in bottom first.

I have to say, the coverage this product gets by using ads on YouTube, Instagram etc is impressive, but the statements made on their website are misleading. The sale that is ending tonight never ends and is simply a tactic to get clicks and buys.

Overall, an extremely extremely poor product. I would avoid this product at all costs.

I am writing this for the genuine fellow people out there who are looking to add cold water therapy into their daily routines… stick with a cold shower or a cold bath, the hype of these outdoor tubs are not worth it.

The good thing about the company is the the customer service was friendly, prompt in their reply and true to their word about a refund. Great service, shambolic product.
