Easy to set up. Good value for money. Great after a bike ride or run and definitely feel recovery time is reduced. You just feel better after getting out.

Please don't buy from these people. Very slow delivery. Elasticated top broke in a few days, followed by a leak in the base. No telephone number and emails correspondence is painful - have got the stage that they have offered to refund me but I need to pay to send a ruined and bulky item back to them at my own expense - presumably they hope I will not bother.
Horrible experience

Does the job well. Good presentation. Just was surprised from some customs costs that I wasn’t expecting. It is good to start the experience but later will probably upgrade to something more efficient.

Absolutely love this using it every morning for past3 weeks if buying from Ireland just be aware of import charges but overall it amazing I feel amazing 👍🥰

The first ice tub we received arrived in a damaged box, which happened in transit, and the tube around the top would not stay inflated. I contacted Customer Service and they were amazingly helpful and super responsive. Once we provided photos of the damage, they sent us out a replacement straight away, but they also upgraded us to the newest Ice Tub 3.0 which was very much appreciated. Zero issues with the new one, and delighted with the product. Have recommended to friends.

For the price of the Icetub compared to other ice baths, this is an excellent product. Great price, product and service

Ordered an ice tub to start cold therapy to help with my sore joints etc.. ordered from these guys... and muat say i reqlly like it.. but of getting used to at 1st lol but its helpibg me gradually.. great cuwtomer service as i had a few questions about length of time to start off with etc with quick responses cheers guys

Read some of the one star. Mine was delivered quickly. I’ve been using it for three months now. No problems with quality and it keeps water at cold temperatures for around two weeks at a time. Love using it. Only thing is they never paid me for recommending two sales.

Love mine. Thought my outlet drain was leaking so I emailed, they replied promptly and it turned out it was me that hadn’t put the washer in it so problem solved.
I’m really enjoying using it, much more than I thought I would!

I had heard so much about ice tubs that I had to try it for myself. Have been taking regular cold showers for years being an avid cyclist but the ice bath takes cold therapy to a whole different level.
Straight out the box it is very easy to set up and install. Great piece of kit for the money.

I had been waiting 15wks for the Lumi for delivery so ordered this tub instead and received it within a week …..decided to keep one for me and one for my son ….this tub is far better in my opinion than the Lumi tub which was bigger overall therefore needing much more ice …felt much better in this tub as it felt more enclosed and comfortable…..this tub seems much more sturdier than the Lumi ….out if the two I definitely preferred this tub and it kept colder for longer…..was cheaper too !
