Incorrect size sent out!
The size appears to be incorrect. I followed the fitting guide and ordered a large. What I have received is a medium at best. I've emailed HUUB but haven't had a response yet! I've just sent another message through the website. Not ideal for a £200+ GBR Tri Suite!

Great deal on Aphotic goggles 50%…
Great deal on Aphotic goggles 50% saving.
1st swim tonight with them tonight & the best goggles I've ever had, great fit & super comfy.
Just a little negative that if I'd bought at full price £50 it doesn't come with any protective case or mesh bag not a deal breaker but I want to keep my goggles in prime condition so a minor point for what is a great product

Sorry to hear you were a little disappointed not receiving a case with the goggles, this is something we are trailing to reduce the packaging on the goggles.
Huub wetsuit was faulty
Huub wetsuit was faulty. Huub agreed to refund the cost of the wetsuit to me under warranty. Huub were not prepared to refund shipping cost. 70 NZD to send wetsuit to me. 90 NZD to return wetsuit. (40 pounds). Total of 160 NZD cost to me for a faulty wetsuit from Huub.

Customer service poor
I have returned a wetsuit because its to small, they dont have the next size up but just not responding to my request for a refund as they have nothing online in the size I want. Have had to lodge dispute with my bank.

Great fan of HUUB gear but question on Aegis wetsuit
I have been a great fan of HUUB gear.
Love the superb choice of materials, workmanship and design of HUUB gear.
Recently bought an AEGIS wet suit. Again, great, innovative Zipper release mechanism!
However, I find it difficult (when putting it on by myself) to be able to gauge how far up to pull the zipper before it goes beyond and trigger the Zipper Release.
Any suggestion how may i do that (if i have no one else around to help me put on the wet suit)?

Ordered a suit
Ordered a suit, which I sized wrong and I take responsibility for the mistake but numerous emails to the customer service with no response. I will be sending suit back requesting a full refund not a different size based on poor service and principal.
