Good Quality Poor Customer Service
Ordered a men's cycling jersey size medium as per the measurements on the size guide and its far too small. Also the colour looks blue on the website and when it arrived, its grey. Have contacted Huub for a replacement size and colour and am still awaiting an answer. BTW material is excellent quality

Our wetsuits come with a breakaway zip feature, this can sometimes be confused for a broken zipper. I can see my colleague did respond to your mail to ask how the zipper is broken and we are yet to receive a reply. Please could you get back to us via mail and we can continue resolving this for you.

Overall experience
First of all, ordering on line runs very smooth…
In case of doubt, they have on line videos explaining fitting size and even tutorials on some products functions…(ex. wetsuit, break out zipper etc).
Communication after sales is very accessible and clear and they go straight to the point helping you out.
Product quality achieves to my humble opinion very high standards and the design is just beautiful…
Very nice material to wear during sports…
I ordered several times and bought quite a lot of sports outfits and accessories…
Overall for me, I give them the maximum score…

Genuinely horrid experience
Genuinely horrid experience
I honestly would never purchase anything from here again.
Purchased a wetsuit for an upcoming triathlon during the sales. Wetsuit arrived and had no issues. Was slightly on the small side so opted to exchange this for the next size up.
I promptly sent the item back and they confirmed that they had receipt of my item.
During this process, the suit in the larger size had sold out and I was offered a voucher to purchase a different suit.
There was a delay in this being processed in which time the suit in the larger size had come back into stock - I replied to the email to ask if I was possible to have the suit rather than the voucher...
They did not reply so I emailed once or twice more...
The suit went out of stock again.
The eventually replied suggesting that I could pay them more money for a different suit and failed to acknowledge my request for a explanation of any formal complaints process.
They have also failed to comment on any wrong doing under Uk consumer law which refunds have to be processed within 14 days.
Very disappointed - would recommend avoiding
