Duurt lang voor ik mijn geld terug krijg!
Tevens wil ik een artikel ruilen voor een andere maat. Maar heb nog steeds niks gehoord na 5 weken

Good cycling top , nice fit and comfortable in hot weather

Terrible customer service. Items held back in customs and delivery took weeks. None existing customer service. The German number is a mailbox and no one ever bothers to call back. Zipper felt into pieces on day one whilst trying it on the first time.

I ordered 2 items. Package arrived was opened and contents were missing. I emailed HUUB and and customer service via an email and they haven't replied after one week. I called customer service. They said they would contact the shipper and replace my item.

I followed up with the shipper this week and they informed me that HUUB never contacted the FedEx for shipping reimbursement and replacement of my missing item. Great product but lacking in customer service!

Je fais parti du stade laurentin triathlon où vous êtes notre partenaire de tenues ( tri fonction et tenue vélo )
Je rencontre un problème qualité sur mon cuissard vélo , la bretelle élastique s’est coupée en deux après 3 sorties !!!
une personne de notre bureau vous a contacté vendredi 17 avril pour vous signaler le problème et vous a envoyé des photos.
Je vous ai également contacté sur Messenger…
À ce jour nous n’avons aucun retour de votre part ou éventuellement de votre service litige qualité. Je trouve ça inadmissible d’une marque comme la votre . Tout site a un service litige et traite les demandes en 48 heures.
Que faut il faire pour avoir un retour de votre part , racheter un cuissard ???

Bought a pair of bib shirts and short sleeve jersey. Perfect fit and great quality. Had to contact them about a query I had before delivery and they replied immediately and were very helpful. Very quick delivery. Would definitely recommend.

Hubb customer service and delivery first class. The varmen 2 buoyancy shorts are well made and offer a ‘wet suit’ experience. They do aid but not as good as others I have used. I was expecting more but was underwhelmed. I read all the data on the foam and how it was more buoyant but I didn’t experience an improvement on the other well known brands

Fast delivery, even to New Zealand and wetsuits are in perfect condition. Sizing is as stated.

Nice t-shirt, well made and the start of year sale made it affordable. I bought a large and it fits me (42" chest, 34" waist) perfectly.

Initial interaction was confusing as different people indicated different processes. However, once the correct person was found the process for trying, ordering and delivery was good.
