Your initial response when I ordered was excellent and the goods arrived promptly. But when I wanted to return the items everything slowed up dramatically. I had the chase up the approval code and have still not received the refund after returning the items on the 24th March

I’ve recently purchased the new HUUB British Triathlon age‑group trisuit and, compared with the Scimitar kit, it feels like a downgrade. The fit, feel and overall comfort just aren’t at the same level, and the design doesn’t seem as well thought through. I certainly wouldn’t be choosing this suit if it wasn’t required for racing.

What makes this more disappointing is that the new kit comes at a higher price yet doesn’t offer any real improvement in return. The whole experience - from the product itself to the customer interaction - feels less polished than before.

Personalisation, delivery and trying on kit were all much easier, quicker and more customer‑focused with the previous supplier. With HUUB, the process feels slower, more expensive and generally underwhelming. It’s also hard to ignore that the rest of the HUUB range is almost permanently discounted by 50% or more, which only highlights the gap in value for the mandatory age‑group kit.

Whilst the products were dispatched swiftly, and are of good quality, the incessant demands to review the service and then each product in turn is ridiculous! Your customerd do not owe you a review!

I´ll pointout two different things:
- Product: great, no dubts on HUUB quality. Still, my wetsuit is the OWC model, I´m 1,82 and 80kg. It´s tight and a bit difficult to zip, even being the perfect fit following the size guide.
- Delivery: great packaging, but very expensive delivery fees and slow (7 working days, at least).

The customer service team are responsive and give the personal touch. They have gone above and beyond for me when I had some complicated delivery issues and I recommend the products as well thought out and a great brand for active people. I have ordered from them a few times now. Recommend.

I bought the GB tri suit based on the sizing info on the website and the bottom half is tighter than I expected and the top is looser than expected. The rear zip could have been longer and there's no chord to do up the zip (I go to races on my own and I'm nearly 70 so I'll need to get someone else to do it up for me!) or undo it for the run so I'll have to try and fit one. DPD could have pushed it through my letter box but took it to a post office so I had to go out of my way to collect it.
