My Go To Store
I had ordered a second bib/jersey combo from them. The first set I ordered was in M (I'm 6ft, 173lbs) and although it fit fairly well, it was a little tighter than ideal. The second kit, was in size L and it fit perfectly. Love the look, styling and the quality. These guys have it figured out! Shipping to the US was also fairly quick - now if we could get Trump to lower the import taxes on products from the UK, it would complete the trifacta.

This is the 3rd time I’ve tried to get…
This is the 3rd time I’ve tried to get these goggles. They really are the best. But for various reasons ( the first time fedex tried to double the cost, the second time they just got lost). No compensation. HUUB blamed FedEx, then FedEx blamed HUUB. So we’ll see what happens this time.

Fast delivery good quality
The items were delivered sooner than expected and we'll packaged. The items I refer to were hoodies which are of good quality. I'm XL and the fit was perfect, I've previously bought cycling gear from HUUB and found it to be very good quality.

Terrible delivery service
I haven't received my package from HUUB. So I can only rate them on their chosen delivery service. It's been 9 days since my order. 4 calls to DPD. Failed home delivery, Failed delivery to collection point. Incorrect information from their Customer service 3 times.
Please either use someone else or demand better for your customers, because it makes you look bad.

Still waiting for the second pair and a reply
Great goggles, but poor service. I’m still waiting on the "Free" pair from the BOGO promotion and a reply to the email I sent to support. It is frustrating to be asked for a review when my order hasn't been fulfilled correctly. I’ll be happy to update this rating once someone finally gets back to me

Quality products
Quality products - I got the Altair Swim Goggles and running shorts as part of the buy 1 get 1 free deal. Arrived within a couple days over the Easter bank holiday so I can’t complain about that. The googles are excellent and the shorts are brilliant quality.
