Poorly executed product which was meant to be a Christmas present, and even after several emails no correction of the engraving was offered, really poor customer service. Avoid!

I have to say I think this company is fantastic, the person dealing with my order was Aoife, if he's not a senior member of staff he should be.
I placed an order with a typo error, so they kindly took it back to
re-engrave, the replacement arrived, but incorrect.
Aoife arranged for a new item with correct engraving and arrived the next morning.
Aoife kept me updated at every step and was very patient with my constant email contact to him.
Thank you Aoife at Hurley Burley, you've been brilliant and because of your amazing help I will definitely recommend and use your company in the future.

My sister ordered my daughter an initial charm necklace for her birthday on 17/11/2022. HurleyBurley sent the wrong initial. The incorrect necklace was promptly returned but the replacement has still not arrived after more than 3 weeks and HurleyBurley has not replied to my sisters emails. I have a very disappointed daughter.

Am very pleased with the valet coin tray that has arrived, beautifully boxed with a bow, ready to,post onwards.
This is the 3rd coin tray I have ordered.

I bought a bracelet for my wife for Christmas 2021. It arrived promptly and she loved it. She wore it for occasions only and after less than a dozen wears it snapped! I contacted the company, sent photos and asked for a replacement but they refused claiming it was wear and tear. A few emails passed between us but no use.
I suggest you avoid this company - if you expect their products to last that is.

Really disappointed as I ordered a double disc personalised necklace with my childrens names on which I absolutely loved and couldn’t fault…until it broke. The chain didn’t even break at the clasp, it was a clean break halfway around the actual necklace and literally came off my neck. I sent this back and had a replacement sent in September 2022 and exactly the same has happened again. Sent pictures over to customer service and was advised this time that they sell hundreds of these items a week and nobody has ever complained before about them, unsure how true this is as it must be a supplier issue to happen twice with 2 different necklaces. No offer of any replacement or refund. Will not be getting my custom again I’m afraid. Very rude response from them which I didn’t appreciate, especially when there are plenty of other businesses out there I could be using but had chosen to support a small one instead.

Excellent customer service, changed my address last minute due to a fault on my behalf which was resolved very quickly over the phone. Beautiful item, arrived in good time. Thank you so much for creating a beautiful item for my (soon to be) goddaughter on her christening day ☺️

I ordered a pair of small hoops for my daughter. The hoops look lovely and delicate however when I tried to open up the hoop there is absolutely no hingeing or give to insert the hoop into the ear. I did manage to get one in, then when trying to take it out the hoop snapped and part stayed in my daughters ear. Very disappointed In the quality.
My daughter was gifted a pair of crescent moon earrings earlier this summer from the same company and she’s just told me that the gems have fallen off.
I’m afraid I will be avoiding Hurley Burley in the future and looking to purchase from other small brands.

I have nothing but good things to say about the huggies I've purchased. The Lock and Key Huggies are the perfect size for same ear piercing. Not to big, not too small.

Do not buy from this website . It’s so annoying as a buyer when a company promises next day delivery , takes £7 for it, sends you an email confirming this and then sends a further email stating you get the product 4 days after purchase. No explanation either .Next day means Next day. This feels like a scam to make extra money from customers whilst only paying for second class post. I wouldn’t recommend due to poor service .

I have tried calling the company this morning but no answer and it says you cannot leave a message. I emailed Hurley Burley yesterday.

Ordered at Christopher chain for myself, wore it for a week it broke, rang up chain was replaced. Have now noticed the pendant is loosing colour. I've had this for two weeks. It's a shame it's a nice piece just poor quality

Great customer service from Hurleyburley. Ordered a set of earrings for my wife. Website was easy to use and payment made. Confirmation email received and the next day the dispatch mail arrived with a tracking number. Unfortunately the items didn’t arrive due to the Royal Mail losing them. One email to customer service and a new set of earrings delivered as promised tracked on a 48 hour delivery. Thank you. We will be using again.

Not long ago I ordered a sterling silver chain through Not On The High Street. I was impressed with the level of service and care provided and I'm very happy with the necklace. Thank you to Hurley Burley for helping me in making a moment more magical.

Ordered a leather purse as a Christmas gift. Arrived beautifully packaged and is great quality. Am sure the recipient will be over the moon.

I ordered a pair of earrings from this company through Not On The High Street. When they arrived one was broken which didn’t surprise me as they were such poor quality. The company agreed to replace them after I sent a photo. The 2nd pair arrived (I paid the difference to get a more substantial pair) but as soon as I went to wear them one of them just came apart so after getting in touch with them I returned them. I thought they were so efficient because they sent me a link to download a prepaid label. They confirmed they received my earrings but after a week I still hadn’t received a refund so I contacted them to be told I wasn’t entitled to one! I had to then contact Not On The High Street to see if they could deal with it. I just couldn’t believe how rude Liz who I presume is an owner was and when it was eventually sorted out she told me it was my fault for having 2 conversations on my account. Surely she had access to my conversations as I did. They also acknowledged the return so they should have refunded me then.
The earrings were very poor quality hence them breaking and not something I would expect and as they are such a small company you’d think they would be more respectful.

Absolutely wonderful service! Ordered yesterday - arrived today! Have ordered this item (Lightweight Wool Mix Poncho) before so I knew it would be perfect.
