We placed an order on through the Hunting Pony website in early December. Their team claimed they shipped the items but would not provide a tracking number. They only responded vaguely to emails before blocking us. We've filed a claim with our credit card provider. Stay away - dishonest company.

We placed an order on Nov 30/24 - did not hear from the company for a while - we finally did with excuses as to why our order could not ship (IE: glitch with order, shipping restrictions, items not available)

We finally asked that they ship whatever items were available - nothing was received to date (March 1st) - no reply from Hunting Pony

We requested a full refund of CAD $518.40 - we sent 4 emails politely asking for our refund as this order was not fulfilled - no reply from Hunting Pony

extremely disappointed with this company and their service - refund still pending

Habe ein Hundebett bestellt und auch erhalten. Das Problem ist der auf der Homepage zwar simpel dargestellte aber äußerst komplizierte Rücksendeprozess an eine Adresse in Polen. Diese erhält man aber erst wenn man die Reklamation angemeldet hat. Und nach einer Erinnerung. Dann trägt man selbst die Kosten, soweit - so gut. Da das Paket aber eingeschweißt bei mir ankam, brauche ich erstmal eine Kiste in einer passenden Größe, weil die Post es sonst nicht annimmt oder es noch teurer würde. Am 21.10. bestätigte dann die Sendungsverfolgung, dass es angekommen ist. 5 Tage schreiben sie, bräuchten sie für die Prüfung. Heute sind fast 5 Wochen vergangen und diverse Emails mit dem "Manager" geschrieben worden. Es bleibt spannend, aber äußerst unbefriegend und frustrierend. Eine wirklich unprofessionelle Abwicklung.

Alt for dyrt produkt i forhold til kvalitet. Størrelsen på det købte hundebilsæde passer KUN til små hunde og ikke mellemstørrelse hund.
Langsommelig korrespondance vedrørende returnering, som de til sidst afviser at tage imod!?

Hunting Pony offers beautiful things, no doubt. The quality of their products is also good. The HUGE problem is the return policy and ghosting their clients after placing the order.
It happened to me two times when I needed to exchange the things I bought from them because they didn't match the description on their website. Reaction from Hunting Pony? ZERO. There is no information on their website about the return address where you can return products, so you must request it via email. And they NEVER reply to such requests; they simply ghost you. It´s not even the worst customer support; it´s actually a violation of the law because every customer has the right to return or exchange the products.

Placed order on 2nd January 2024, was charged 40 euros for priorty delivery 4-6 days, however still have not received parcel, have emailed numerous times but no reply. Where is order and you should re-inbuse delivery costs

They say they ship within 1-3 days. Weeks after I placed my order, I followed up. Since it hadn't shipped yet I wanted to cancel. They LIED and said the order shipped. When I asked about the tracking number, they finally admitted they hadn't shipped the items yet.

dårlig dårlig service ang. returvarer! de hjælper ikke med returlabel. hvilket gør at man kommer til at betale 300-400 for at sende det fra danmark til polen!

Katastrophen Seite! Betrüger! Ich habe ein Hundebett im April bestellt und bis heute nichts erhalten.
Diese Marke ist teuer und versendet dann nicht mal was. Gebt euer Geld lieber guten Gewissens woanders aus.

Placed order with confirmation I would receive it in a week. Company refuses to respond to email requesting refund as the expected delivery is a month from the confirmed delivery date and I will not be able to receive package. Complete rip off.

I've given up on this place. Item never got delivered. Reached out to get a refund and haven't been able to get it after 3 months. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

Ich habe im November bestellt und bis heute nichts erhalten!!!! Es gibt keine proaktive Kommunikation und auf die Emails meinerseits wird nicht geantwortet. Bestellt hier NICHT!!!!! Das ist kriminell.

Ich habe Anfang November etwas bestellt, was nicht vorrätig war. In der Artikelbeschreibung stand, dass es 10-15 Tage dauert, bis der Artikel wieder da ist. Nach 4 Wochen gab es auf meine Rückfrage, was denn nun wäre nur die Meldung, dass sie noch auf einen Restock warten.
Das war vor 2 Wochen und ich habe immer noch keine Nachricht erhalten. Wirklich bitter!
