I ordered 3 x exerciser , was dramatically overcharged, other reviews are terrible. Not even expecting items to arrive. Avoid this company at all cost !

Ich habe die fruit bowl gekauft. Sie besteht aus billigem, nicht überzogenem Metall mit sichtbaren unsauberen Lötstellen. Das Gestell ist zudem instabil. Es kann Früchte nicht halten.
Der Kaufpreis wird nicht erststet, man bietet lediglich 3, nach mehrerer Mails 6 in der Landeswährung an mit dem Argument, der Rückversandt sei sehr teuer und man könne daher mit ihrem Angebot zufrieden sein.

Product has nothing to do with the advertising it is really shocking. I took the "exploding fruit ball". it is literally disgusting. cheap metal, looks dirty, to build yourself with cheap screws... material should have cost 2 dollars in a DIY store. Dont buy

CosmosCrisp’s customer service is, frankly, indefensible.
An order placed in October 2025, intended as a Christmas gift, still undelivered in January 2026—despite four separate requests for a refund. Each time, the same copy-paste response: “it’s on the way.” No proof. No accountability. No solution.

This is not a logistics issue; it’s a systemic failure in customer respect and basic commercial ethics. When a company keeps taking money while refusing to either deliver or refund, it stops being incompetence and starts looking like deliberate obstruction.

At this stage, CosmosCrisp is actively eroding trust. If this is how post-purchase support is handled for a €30 item, one can only imagine the experience on higher-value orders.

Consumers deserve better. Transparency, timelines, and refunds are not “nice to have” — they are the bare minimum.

Wrong amount charged. Product defective. Name on charge doesn't match company.

This website is a scam, I order something and did not receive anything. They gave me 2 different tracking numbers, each one of them saying different statuses and only updating after I’m complaning.
