The WORST seed company I’ve ever bought from. They are CROOKS. The seeds don’t work, I had 3 of 13 seeds pop. So 10 were useless and this is the most expensive seeed bank out there! I tried contacting customer service several times and they just ignore you. Stay FAR away from these absolute CROOKS

I Have bought seeds from them several times.
shipping was fairly quick. my last batch, all seeds germinated and look excellent. they have always
replaced any seeds that don't germinate.
strains are all unique.

Bought 3 different strains Humboldt blue ,vanilla crème pie , and pound cake. They do give one extra if they were viable that’s great . Not even 1 seed cracked with tap root.. waist of time and $ . There’s no costumer service waited a week still no response. I usually never leave reviews but if I can help others I will .. SHOP ELSEWHERE

Very poorly run operation. Eventually canceled my order. They are refusing to refund to my credit card. I called my credit card company and asked if there was any reason why Humboldt wouldn't be able to refund to my CC, they said no. Don't give these scammers your money!

Been watching the YouTube Chanel for a while and they seem to have a fairly large organized operation. Have read mixed reviews but I understand most folks are more likely to post a bad experience than a good one . Bought a bunch of their strains . Gazzurple, Mokn fog, donutz, blueberry cupcake, Triploid OG, and a few others i didn’t start as of yet . 30+ years growing experience, lots of experience with various seed banks over the decades . Anyhow blueberry cupcake germinated well, plants are a bit variable but healthy. Moon fog only got 2 of 10. Gazzurple germinated well enough but find it hard to believe this is all one strain with the amount of variation and weird mutant plants. Unfortunately they all hermed indoors so can’t report much more on that a strain except that it might be better to only use it outside? Donutz (fem) 50% of individuals stsrted making male flowers on day 15 of flower ,other 5 grew fine although the strain is not my favourite 100% of OG Triploids grew well but also made male flowers . Basically every lower node i removed grew back with large pollen filled male flowers. They continued to form for a period of about 10 days , then stopped. Plucked them off as they showed and ended up with a few seeds but not disasterous
Definitely a bit disappointing as I really like the strain otherwise . Will try a slower transition to flower next time and see if that negates the problem
Edit. I reached out to HSC as requested in their response and they compensated me very generously. In spite of some issues with the seeds they seem to be stand up people which is nice to see in this industry . Will change to 3 stars .

The shipping has taken forever 7 business days my order is still not shipped out yet this is crazy should of just went to attitude seed bank as I always do

Well I've had many seeds that didn't pop and spoke to a young lady who's not sure what's going on. I found out several others in my state are having to same problems. I was sent codes to use to replace most of my seeds, first time user with humbolt. Over 25 years experience growing, I use many other companies and do not have any problems with their seeds, I love been to multiple shops where people are having issues, I asked about them about using the codes and the items was out of stock. So I'm late in the season I have to wait till next season to get replacements, after waiting about 2 years to get blueberry pancakes, because of them being out of stock. The ones I got were bad, then they were out of stock. I would give this company a negative rating if I could. They don't want to refund what you bought, but they say they will replace seeds yet there out of stock, and tell you there's nothing they can do. So far several people I have met have had this issue with there seeds and they blame it on how they are stored. So they sell over priced seeds, with a o well attitude, so after spending hundreds buying and loosing their seeds, first time last time, this is what I consider a over priced garbage company. Its about their bottom. Line not their customer service. I definitely say stay away. And yes this is my second 1 star, when I say they don't know os because it could be 3rd party or store or whatever, it still screws over the consumer when they spend the money on them that they are. Only to have them go bad, if it's storage because of a rep them the rep needs to deal with it. Eighter find a new rep who will keep up the brand and store them right. And I'm only assuming they get shipped to the representative that sells them. But I was told all that could be done was to be given codes, by what I'm assuming is the owners wife. So yea late start, loss of money, out of stock, and mass amount of failures. But I can get codes for out of stock products. Hurry up and wait. No matter what is said or done by company, representative of the company or store owner the customer is still getting screwed in the end. I going by the last name on the phone listening, and yes I'll send a message for a refund my understanding all that could be done was a replacement of the seeds.

Germination rate ridiculously low.

I said I would do a review of the seeds I just bought & after 18hr in a shot glass then put into wet paper towels for 12 to 16hrs I got 4 of 4 blueberry cup cakes-popped -3of 4 guzzlers all popped, 3 out of 4 Jelly donuts all popped. I picked up 3-3pk they sent 4 in every pack then 1pk of 3 freebies 2 of 3 freebies banana OG x Purpz popped now to be 100% truthfully These have not been in the Paper Towel but for 14-16hrs I am sure the rest or close to all will pop but everything I paid for popped. I hate so many people are not getting the results I am getting they really do have some bomb genetics & I have NEVER HAD A PROBLEM! I am in MI & we get some crap weather I do not get PM or downy mildew no diseases I just kill it outdoor/indoors with Humboldt seeds. I read reviews & thought maybe something changed from last yr after reading some reviews but nope mine did great. I will keep buying & keep telling others to buy these up until I see these seeds not popping/working/etc with my own eyes. 110%satisfied with Humboldt seeds. I will do another review for the rest still in paper towels but I got everything I paid for woo woo yea yeah!

Fist year I ordered i had 4 out of 12 seed germinate. I contacted and they gave me the usual runaround about how I tried to germinate them incorrectly... Funny I did it the same way as I have for the past 20+ years. After a back and forth they gave me a code for a five pack of seeds my choice but I had to pay shipping. I figured I'd wait a till next year(2025) to see how the 4 turned out. They weren't bad. So this year I used the code plus another 3 pack, paid the shipping and tried to get them going. 1 out of 8 cracked.... I contacted them and to their credit this time they replaced the order, but I still had to pay shipping on the replacement. Well so far 1 out of 6 actually cracked and is now a seedling. Others still nothing.... Don't think their seeds are as great as they claim. I had much better germination rate on every other seed company I've used in 20+ years.. Don't think I'll be doing any Humboldt seeds ever again. Lame at best... Save your money and stress buy your seeds elsewhere. ***REPLY TO REPLY: So I reviewed your Germination video, and it's exactly what I've been doing for years... This year I initially order 5 pk Golden sand's 1 seed germinated. 3 pk Bigfoot Glue, 2 seeds germinated and the freebie Puffin got 1 out of 3. The replacement order I got Guzzelerz 1 seed out of 3 and the Golden Sands 2 out of 5. The BBC X freebie Vanilla Frosting 0 out of 3. Once the seed germinates I put them In Promix potting soil filled solo cup ( holes drilled in the bottem) on a heat mat inside a propagation dome. Been doing the same thing for many years and always had 80 % or better. So not sure what the problem is but my only conclusion is poor seeds.

Incredible amount of hermies lately 5years of growing experience with maybe one or two hermie before and even that was nanners from buds then i tried HSC two rounds of jelly donutz before and everything okay except small buds but now gazzurple one of three not sprouted and one of two which remained was hard hermie balls everywhere under buds i have read that it is not so stable on page so i thought okay my fault i tried it but then california octane 4 from four genetical hermies seeds will be everywhere never happened before with maybe 15 other breeders i tried something very bad happening with them they must sell every junk seed from hermied plants they go for quantity not quality stay away from them if you dont want ruined harvest

Terrible customer service. Email is the only way they communicate and its sketchy.
I made an order by mistake and reached out within minutes to cancel. I was told the order would be canceled and I would be reimbursed. But instead of by the credit card I used, they asked for my bank account, routing number, bank address and more. They said that was so they could wire the money. Ive never heard of that. Why not the credit card? The only alternative was by check. 2 weeks later, no check. Instead a bill and an email stating my order was being shipped.

Went thru process of Complaint Form & received voucher codes for free replacements on seeds w poor germination. HSC free codes good for anything at any time BUT can only. be redeemed x1/order. As I had several I had to create & pay for shipping on each order. This created an unnecessary amount of processing, shipping packages, each with product catalog, for what should have been a simple replacement. Prompt complaint handling w flexible redemption opportunities. Great source of beautiful genetics run by good folks. Stay loyal to the soil & grow better plants, people & planet

My GMA candy ordered some dream queen seeds. And only 1 seed came up out of 5. The other 4 never even sprouted!!!!!
She has contacted Humboldt seed Co several times just to be put off.
Then they say here is a $70 Voucher for replacement.
Well she just wanted them to replace the seeds. They have basically refused and have stated that she needs to spend more money in order to replace their junk seeds.
In all the time my grand mother HAS NEVER HAD PROBLEM WITH GERMINATING SEEDS!!!!!!

What is with all the bad reviews? I'm guessing it's more than likely it was your problem and not the seeds....I made my first order the other day and seeds showed up in a timely fashion and a bonus bean in every pack plus 3 fem freebies. Put the seeds in wet paper towel for 2 days at around 70 to 75 degrees then plant them pencil eraser deep, water the medium and place them out of direct sunlight at around 75 degrees and wait maybe 2 days maybe 10 that's it lol my guess is your all doing way too much or just don't know what your doing whatsoever. I planted 24 seeds and 24 germinated 10 purpz 6 B.M. 6 hella jelly and 2 the puffin. Use the kiss method as much as possible when just learning keep it simple stoner. Through my years of growing experience less is more during the germinating and seedling stage. This is my first time ordering humboldt seeds and if I could give 6 stars I would. Check your ph soil temp and moisture percentage often good luck to all you 1 star reviewers may you change your hating blaming ways and try and learn from your mistakes sheesh.

30 years growing experience.I wanted to give Humboldt seeds a try. I bought 3 auto sour diesel. 1 of 3 germinated.Worst 60 bucks I ever spent.

My experience with growing their seeds was successful I'm new at growing I grew the caramel cream and chunkadelic auto Seeds all popped 100 percent I made a lot of mistakes and that's on me.I will continue buying

So i have been growing for 22 years... safe to say i know my way around a plant... never in all of my time have i had seeds that pop with this many genetic flaws including mutations the humboldt dream was the worst... duckfoot and missing fingers... none of the flowering times have been accurate jelly donutz was over 100 days same with train wreck and they all have been larfy and super hairy.... long story short i emailed them cause i had soooo many seeds like this... they didnt want to make it right, kept saying i was over/under watering.... then when they finally agreed to replace 2 packs of seeds they wanted me to pay for shipping.... 1 way or another if you have issues with thier seeds they will charge you to replace them... big seed company cant afford to replace defective products. First time buyer but will not be buying again... last email recieved was 1 saying they would talk to sales and see if they could wave the shipping fee...... update... i recieved replacement seeds but after the agrivation they caused i dont even want them.... 2/3/25
