Iam very happy with terpy seeds.
This is my 5th order and never a problem especially shipping to canada. The team they have is great and customer service is on point. Very impressive selection of high quity seeds. The freebes have always been nice touch. Highly recommend

Placed an order around peak season and then a day later a promo was added. Emailed to see I could still use the promo and was assured I could. A miscommunication and things weren’t as discussed. They then went above and beyond to make things right. Mistakes happen and I’ll be a longtime customer thanks to how they were handled. Can’t wait to pop some seeds.

I have placed several orders with Terpy Seeds over the past couple years. I keep coming back for a reason. They have a great selection of quality breeder’s genetics at very competitive prices. They are very generous with freebies, especially with holiday sales. Finally, customer service is top notch, when I did have an issue with an order, they were quick to resolve it. Definitely worth checking them out.

Great selection (huge Inhouse Genetics and Thug Pug inventory), prices and communication. I have made many orders through Terpy and haven't had a single issue that could not be swiftly resolved. Very happy customer and will be back for many more orders I am sure.

I recently placed an order for a seed pack that was low stock (only one pack left) so I pulled the trigger. Unfortunately the pack wasn’t in stock after all, and after the status hadn’t changed in a week or so from USPS, I sent an email requesting status.

I got an email back from Chris explaining everything and he asked how to make it right. I picked another pack I was looking at and said that’ll be fine. But to my surprise Chris hooked it UP! Not only did I get the replacement pack but a second breeder pack and A LOT of freebies! Best customer service I’ve ever gotten. Thanks Chris! Return customer ‘til the seeds run out!

Ordered seeds that showed in stock and received a different pack. NO return communications. Ignores all communications.

So I have used terpy for 3 years now and this last order was a disaster. He has become a scam and has taken my payment without providing seeds and also refuses to return payment even after he offered . Have been waiting for 50 days for my 4/20 order .dont trust
