I haven't received or used their products yet. I placed my order about a week ago. There was an item missing (their mistake) and I emailed customer service to question it. After almost a week (and two additional emails sent by me), I still have not heard anything back from them. Even if their products are the best I've ever seen in my life, I will never order from them again. Beyond unprofessional.

Giving them 2 stars because their products are good but they overcharge shipping costs. I’m sorry, I’m not paying $13 for shipping when I can get cheaper better yet FREE shipping elsewhere. I just don’t find their products to be worth spending that much on shipping. They also have terrible customer service. I’ve tried reaching out twice without a response from them.

Horrible customer service...order never showed up. They blamed it on shipping vendor (whoever that was)...never refunded money.
Customer service must work 20 minutes a week because they get nothing done.

RIPPED OFF! Tried to stop my order before it shipped, they didn’t get back to me for a couple days and said it was too late. I then asked if I could return it, they said yes if unopened, which i didn’t even take it out of package. Returned per their instructions and never received a refund nor will they respond to me. Crooks

I am not reviewing the product just yet but was reading all the reviews and the issues with delivery. I am not sure if it depends on location but I got my order in exactly a week from placing my order. If the product is as good as I have been reading, I will definitely order from this company again.

The discount offered in an email suddenly wasn’t available at the checkout. I foolishly thought they would give a credit after I ordered the product. They didn’t.

The customer service take at least a day to reply to emails and are dismissive of any comments.

My order wasn’t despatched for 5 days. I emailed asking for it to be cancelled and suddenly it had been despatched.

Despite good publicity I would not recommend buying expensive products from them.

They seem to forget there are a lot of competitors out there for them who offer good products.

Customer service was fantastic. I don’t understand the other reviews here saying they are bad. My product that I ordered did take a while to arrive (4 weeks) but I do live in the UK. The only problem I had was with the carrier service usps who are utterly awful. Other than that all was good. I can definitely recommend that you buy from huge supplements.

When your having issues with your order. You won't get anyone to help you resolve anything. They just keep sending you the same message time and time again.

Promised product in 3 days and it took over 2 weeks. No response from customer service whatsover!!!

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered from them about 10 weeks ago. I found out through Canadapost that the package was flagged at the Canadian Border and that it was a lengthy process.... I was advised to contact the merchant as they were the only ones that had the power to contact the CBSA to potentially speed things up. I emailed them countless times over the last many weeks asking questions and for help. I wasn't ignorant or rude either, yet they still ignored me.

I was advised in writing by the CBSA that there were issues with an ingredient and it was deemed not admissible in Canada. Do they do this on purpose so that it gets rejected at the border and then u have to fight to get your money back or hopefully you just forget? Who knows.... So now I am in the process of doing just that as they refuse to answer my emails or texts.

I disputed it through PayPal and they had 10 days to respond to them. NO RESPONSE.
NOT surprised. They knew there was nothing they could do, so instead of responding in a timely fashion to refund me, they just let the full 10 days elapse without a care in the world.... Had they have done something, anything, I certainly would have changed my 1 star review, but to the bitter end, they did nothing aside from taking payment weeks ago.... Shameful & disgraceful.

Customer service is non existent. Their website states products will ship out 24 to 72 hours its been 6 days since I placed my order ,tried to contact them multiple times for an update ..NO RESPONSE will not do business with them again

Their customer service is non-responsive; however, if you express interest in buying in bulk, they will respond right away. I already tried this.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
They also encourage consumers to leave reviews in exchange of "free samples" that are never sent.
Never buying from them again.

Ordered a stack of supplements and they came to me in the uk no problem after 12 days products are amazing I gained massive gains and I’m only 4 weeks in also the only reason I never gave it 5 stars is because before I could sign for the parcel I had to pay Royal Mail £25 for some kind of export smcjargw but I never read that on the website but apart from that if the products do exactly what they say will definitely be ordering again.Also the first comment is a fake as when you click on Christopher’s accounts he has got tons of fake reviews telling everyone that all the different shops are fake an than directing them to a different supplement shop(probably his lol) but always the same one so don’t be put off by his review,best products on the market by far take it firm a 35 year old personal trainer .
