I only received half my order and was unable to provide proof. So I placed a second order for the missing product, Joseph canceled the order and was able to get replacement product sent to me free of charge! I greatly appreciate his professionalism and customer service. I love Huge Supplements and will continue to place many orders through them. Thank you so much Joseph!

This company is a scam
You could probably get better customer service from a crackhead homeless person on the streets than with Jospeh. Don’t waste your time with this company. Once you return an item expect to never get your refund they care more about money than customer service

Placed an order with this company 2 weeks ago. They indicate delivery would be in a couple of days, still nothing! Followed up with them 4 days ago, no response.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star if that was an option. Do not buy! It gave me stomach problems and terrible diarrhea every time I used it (twice) and they didn’t reimburse the extra $63CAD that I was charged by UPS for shipping after I already paid 20USD for shipping. Horrible customer experience

Joseph is a gentleman that works at huge supplements has gotten back to me every time excellent customer service yes sometimes they're delayed but they have a lot of emails and customers to deal with I would highly recommend this company anytime their products are fantastic thank you again for your help at Huge supplements.

This is the first supplement company that has had excellent customer service. Recently I have been trying to find a new supplement provider and Huge Supplements is the best option both with excellent customer service and quality of products.

Shipping- Made an order Sept, 29, 2023. I order over $100.00 worth of stuff to get free shipping (3-4 business days) Order was picked the same day but was not picked up until Oct, 2, 2023. Now my expected delivery is Oct 6, 2023. Thats over a week and unacceptable. False advertising on the shipping part. Will not order again.
Update 10/7/23: I did receive my order Oct 5, 2023 not the expected date Oct 6, 2023. When I ordered before a certain time it said will ship the same day on the site. It took over 3 days. When I got my order it did not come with the Tren twin Stringer that showed online. I received a free stringer but it had Huge Supplement not the Tren Twins LOGO. I'm mad because this company lies about shipping, false advertisement, clumpy powder, and buying reviews. Now here it the big problem! I complained and got a direct email from Joseph from Huge Supplement. He apologize and gave his poor excuse why, to feel justified. Bribed me and try to buy my review to make it a 5 star review using a $40.00 gift card. Cant believe these SOB would buy reviews and bribe people. Their reviews online are bought and paid for. Scum of a company.
Update 10/27/23- contacted my credit card company they gave me my money back and being investigated. The phone numbers online are not real numbers for the company. They block me on Social Media because they got butthurt over criticism. Stay away from this scam.

I ordered the product and got here pretty quick. There was a slight problem so I reached out and it instantly got fixed with insight and a replacement.

Ordered two supplements from them. Received both supplements. Customer service isn't super responsive, however they do get back to you. I received both of the products I ordered and am satisfied. I did no research on this company and was worried after reading other reviews. They were fine from my experience. I'll give them four stars. Will probably order from them again at some point. The ingredients in their cycle supports are fantastic. This company offers good products if they look at the negative reviews they have and improve their operation (faster response times) their rating should go up. As far as the people leaving negative reviews for their shipping prices you probably can't afford to be taking supplements in the first place if $7 is going to ruin your experience.

I initially ordered three different supplements from these guys, and was disappointed with the way they arrived. The package had been damaged on the way, there was powder everywhere. I wrote to them, and they quickly sent a replacement order, and everything was perfect with the replacement. I was happy to have such a pleasant experience with their support team. I bought both the Pump Serum and BCAAs, and I like them both. The Pump Serum really works. Good flavors.

accidently proceeded to buy pre workout. i emailed them dirrectly after the mistake to cancel the order. got a response 3 days later saying it was too late and already shipped. it costed me 70$ cad for imports fees and to send it back youve got to pay of your own pocket another 40$. so its rounds out to 180$ for a tub of pre.... no help from the customer service at all. i feel robbed by this company.

GOT ROBBED 87,30$. After proceeding to payment a pop up saying my name and billing adresse didn’t correspond to the name on my credit card. They still charged it on my mastercard. I sent emails and wrote on the website, never got an answer or confirmation number. 1st and last time ordering there.

Recieved order in Canada a day later than they said it was delivered which was a little confusing but did recieve the order.
